16. 4 2 A Trial of Psychoeducational Group Leadership Training 4 A Text mining Analysis of Reflection reports FURUYA Takeshi KAKEGAWA Takeshi and OTOYAMA Wakaho Abstract The purpose of this study was to examine the effectiveness of the psychoeducational leadership training program Dre pared by Furuya Kakegawa amp Otoyama in print using text mining procedure Thirty university students participated in this training program in the class of the university They were requested to submit three reports about contents of their reflections in skill training exercise Eighty one reports about ten kinds of exercise were obtained and analyzed The exer cise was classified im four types of understanding self and others dialogue presentation and group actvity As a result of frequent appearance words extracted according to the type of exercise it was confirmed that the contents of the reports were in line with the aim of the exercise Furthermore it was analyzed about the nouns which pointed at a person the nouns which showed a feature of a person and Verbs to express actvity As a result of correspondence analysis it was suggested that participants deepened insight about basic leadership skills by experiencing exercise These resu
