Messung Nach der Kalibrierung k nnen mit dem PH 100 Messungen durchgef hrt werden Verbinden Sie die pH Elektrode mit der BNC Eingangsbuchse an der oberen Stirnseite des PH 100ATC Achten Sie darauf den Stecker der Elektrode am Messger t durch eine viertelte Umdrehung zu arretieren Hinweis zur Kalibrierung Es ist nicht notwendig das PH 100ATC vor jeder Messung kalibrieren Es wird empfohlen vor jeder zehnten Messung oder alle zwei Wochen eine Kalibrierung durchzuf hren Die Puffer l sungen sollten eine hnliche Temperatur wie die Messfl ssigkeit besitzen Nehmen Sie die pH Elektrode aus der Aufbewahrungsl sung und sp len Sie die pH Elektrode mit destilliertem oder entionisiertem Wasser und reiben Sie diese trocken Schalten Sie das PH 100ATC durch dr cken der Taste ON ein Tauchen Sie die pH Elektrode in die zu messende Fl ssigkeit ein und r hren Sie kurz Nach der Stabilisierung der Anzeige kann der pH Wert der Fl ssigkeit direkt abgelesen werden Die Automatische Temperatur Kompensation ATC sorgt auch bei unterschiedlichen Fl ssigkeitstemperaturen f r stets genaue Messwerte Durch Dr cken der Taste HOLD kann der Messwert eingefroren werden Schalten Sie das Ger t nach der Messung durch Dr cken der Taste OFF aus Um die Funktion des Ger tes ber einen langen Zeitraum zu gew hrleisten muss nach jeder Messung die pH Elektrode gereinigt werden siehe Wartung und Reinigung Bewahren Sie die Elek

10. water en wrijf deze droog Schakel de PH 100ATC in door te drukken op de toets ON Dompel de pH elektrode in de te meten vloeistof en roer eventjes Na de stabilisering van het display kan de pH waarde van de vloeistof direct worden afgelezen De automatische temperatuurcompensatie ATC automatic temperature compensation zorgt voor nauwkeurige meetwaarden ook bij schomme lende vloeistoftemperaturen Door op de toets HOLD te drukken kan de meetwaarde worden bevroren Schakel het apparaat na de meting uit door op de toets OFF te drukken Om een probleemloze werking van het apparaat voor een lange periode te garanderen moet na elke meting de pH elektrode worden gereinigd zie onderhoud en reiniging Bewaar de elektrode na elke meting weer in de bewaarvloeistof Opmerking bij de pH elektrode De pH elektrode moet altijd vochtig worden gehouden om gedurende een lange periode nauwkeurige meetresultaten te kunnen geven Voor het opbergen moet de elektrode altijd in een bewaarvloeistof worden gedompeld Als de bewaarvloeistof op is kan deze apart worden bijgekocht De bewaarvloeistof kan op het oppervlak van de elektrode door lekkage gaan oxideren Verhelp dit met gedistilleerd water Sluit daarom bij opbergen van de elektro de de bewaarfles goed af O ring niet verwijderen Tijdens transport kunnen luchtbellen in de elektrode ontstaan Schud in dit geval de elektro de net als bij een koortsthermometer om de luchtbellen te verwij

15. brierung Vor dem ersten Betrieb des PH 100ATC wird eine Kalibrierung empfohlen um die pH Elektrode an das Messger t optimal anzupassen Zur Kalibrierung ben tigen Sie einen kleinen Uhrenmacherschrauben dreher sowie Kalibrierl sungen Pufferl sungen Die Kalibrierung kann als Ein Punkt oder als Zwei Punkt Kalibrierung durchgef hrt werden F r die genauere Zwei Punktkalibrierung ben tigen Sie zwei Puffer l sungen 7 00 pH und 4 00 pH bei der Ein Punktkalibrierung ben tigen Sie nur eine Pufferl sung Bei der Ein Punktkalibrierung wird empfohlen eine Pufferl sung nahe am sp teren Hauptmessbereich zu w hlen Zwei Punkt Kalibrierung Verbinden Sie die pH Elektrode mit der BNC Eingangsbuchse an der oberen Stirnseite des PH 100ATC Achten Sie darauf den Stecker der Elektrode am Messger t durch eine viertelte Umdrehung zu arretieren Nehmen Sie die pH Elektrode aus der Aufbewahrungsl sung und sp len Sie die pH Elektrode mit destilliertem oder entionisiertem Wasser auch vor und nach jeder Anwendung Messung und reiben Sie diese trocken Schalten Sie das PH 100ATC durch Dr cken der Taste ON ein Tauchen Sie die pH Elektrode in eine 7 00 pH Puffer Kalibrierl sung r hren Sie kurz und warten Sie bis sich die Anzeige stabilisiert hat bis zu 5 Minuten Stellen Sie nun durch Drehen des Kalibrierdrimmers CAL PH7 an der Seite des PH 100ATC unter der Klappe mit einem Schraubendreher den Anzeigewert auf 7 00 ein Reini
16. chten Sie dabei auf das Tragen von Schutzhandschuhen Schutzbrille und Sch rze Messen Sie nur in gut bel fteter Umgebung Halten Sie nur den Sensorkopf in die spannungslosen Messmedien Die Eintauchtiefe darf 10 mm nicht unter bzw 110 mm berschreiten 6 EINSETZEN WECHSELN DER BATTERIEN Das PH 100ATC ben tigt zum Betrieb eine Batterie Typ 9V Block nicht im Lieferumfang enthalten Zum Einsetzen Wechseln gehen Sie wie folgt vor ffnen Sie die Batteriefachschraube auf der unteren R ckseite des Ger tes und nehmen Sie den Batteriefachdeckel ab Setzen Sie eine neue 9V Blockbatterie ein bzw ersetzen Sie die verbrauchte Batterie gegen eine neue Batterie gleichen Typs Verwenden Sie m glichst Alkaline Batterien da diese eine l ngere Betriebszeit garantieren Schlie en und verschrauben Sie den Batteriefachdeckel wieder sorgf ltig Ein Batteriewechsel ist dann n tig wenn in der LCD Anzeige das Batteriesymbol erscheint Dieses Symbol signalisiert dass die Batterie verbraucht ist A Um eine Besch digung des Ger tes durch auslaufende Batterien zu verhindern entfernen Sie die Batte rien aus dem Ger t wenn Sie es f r l ngere Zeit nicht benutzen Aus dem gleichen Grund ist anzuraten leere Batterien sofort zu entfernen Bei Erscheinen des Batteriesymbols in der LCD Anzeige muss die Batterie gewechselt werden um eine ausreichende Genauigkeit erreichen zu k nnen 7 INBETRIEBNAHME KALIBRIERUNG MESSUNG Kali
