Filter einbauen Loch mit 6mm Osmo e Befestigen Sie den weiBen Schlauch vom T St ck der Anlage am Wasserbeh lter Befestigen Sie den Schlauch an der Schnellkupplung wie in der Abb dargestellt Um den Schlauch zu entfernen dr cken Sie den Ring der Schnellkupplung wie abgebildet und ziehen dabei den Schlauch heraus O Entfernen Sie den Schlauch am Ausgang der Aktiv Karbontfilter mittige Patrone SchlieBen Sie den roten Abwasserschlauch an und befestigen Sie diesen Geben Sie den Schlauch kurzfristig in einen Abwasserbehalter Offnen Sie den Hauptwasserhahn SchlieBen Sie das mitgelieferte Netzteil an das Stromnetz sowie an die Anlage Lassen Sie den Hahn so lange ge ffnet bis aus dem roten Schlauch keine schwarzen Partikel im Wasser mehr sichtbar sind Entfernen Sie das Stromkabel und schlieBen Sie den Hauptwasserhahn wieder Bauen Sie das Gerat wieder in den Originalzustand zur ck entfernen Sie den rotten Schlauch und schlieBen Sie wieder den weiBen ochlauch an Osmo

Osmo e Collegare il tubo bianco provenien te dal raccordo a T del gruppo o smotico al serbatoio di accumulo Questo raccordo del tipo ad inne sto rapido e sufficiente inserire il tu bo fino a battuta con il fondo del rac cordo quindi tirare per verificare il corretto inserimento Per estrarre il tubo dal raccordo prima sbloccarlo avvicinando l anello al raccordo con le dita quindi estrar re il tubo Staccare il tubo dal raccordo di u scita della testata della cartuccia carboni attivi vaso centrale Inserire sul raccordo il tubo rosso di scarico in dotazione e stringere con la ghiera Posizionare il tubo in un lavello di scarico o in una bacinella di raccol ta di grandi dimensioni Aprire il rubinetto dell impianto Collegare il cavo di uscita 24V del trasformatore al connettore di ali mentazione del gruppo osmotico Inserire la spina del modulo di ali mentazione in una presa elettrica Lasciare scaricare l acqua che fuo riesce dalla cartuccia a carboni atti vi fino ad ottenere dell acqua priva di particelle nere Staccare la spina dalla presa elet trica Chiudere il rubinetto dell impianto Ripristinare il collegamento origina le sulla testata della cartuccia car boni attivi staccare tubo rosso ri collegare tubo bianco e stringere con la ghiera Osmo

Gaskets and O Rings A Check that the filter is present Pierce Osmo e Connect the white tube from the T fitting from the osmotic group to the storage tank This is a quick connector fitting insert the tube until it hits the back of the fitting and pull slightly to check it is correctly inserted To take the tube out of the fitting press the fitting ring with your fingers and pull out the tube Disconnect the tube from the outlet fitting of the carbon block cartridge head middle holder Insert the supplied red draining tube on the fitting and tighten with a ring nut Position the tube in a draining sink or a collecting basin Open the devices tap Connect the transformer s 24V outlet wire to the osmotic group s power supply connector Insert the plug into a plug hole Leave the water that comes out of the active carbon filter to drain until the water has no more black bits Remove the plug form the plug hole Close the device tap Reset the original connection on the carbon block s cartridge head disconnect the red tube

Utilizzo manuale con rubinetto opzione per riempimento tani ca di servizio Utilizzo per caricamento auto matico della sterilizzatrice mediante SAT opzione Figura 5 Possibili utilizzi dell impianto Osmo 13 UTILIZZO E FUNZIONAMENTO DEL DEMINERALIZZATORE Una volta installato ed allacciato correttamente il demineralizzatore e in grado di fornire immediatamente acqua purificata e demineralizzata La sterilizzatrice essere caricata in modo manuale vedi manuale d uso della sterilizzatrice utilizzando la pistola in dotazione collegata al tubo a spirale o in modo automatico mediante un dispositivo esterno di caricamento automatico es SAT collegato all impianto Osmo La quantita di acqua utile prodotta dalle cartucce dipende dalla qualita e dalla durezza dell acqua della rete idrica dalla temperatura di esercizio dalla pressione della rete idrica Il tempo medio di riempimento del serbatoio di accumulo di circa 140 minuti PRECAUZIONI PER EVITARE IL RISTAGNO DELL ACQUA ATTENZIONE In conformita con la norma EN1717 par 4 5 per evitare il degrado della qualita dell acqua e la crescita di batteri dovuti al ristagno di acqua nelle tubazioni e necessario svuotare l intero siste ma demineralizzatore prima di lasciarlo inutilizzato per lungo tempo

Manual usage with tap service tank Automatic use to fill the sterilizer using the SAT option Figure 5 Possible uses of the device Osmo 13 USE AND OPERATION OF THE DEMINERALIZER USE OF DEMINERALIZER Once the system has been correctly installed and connected the demineralizer is able to immediately supply purified and demineralized water If the demineralized water is used to run a sterilizer you have the option of manually filling the sterilizer tank with the use of the water gun or have it filled automatically by using an external filling device e g Sat connected to the Osmo device The quantity of water produced by the cartridges depends on the quality and hardness of the city water supply in the area where you live The average time it takes to fill the storage tank is approximately 140 minutes with the pressure control switch set to 3 bar PRECAUTIONS TO AVOID WATER CONTAMINATION CAUTION In accordance with subsection 4 5 of EN1717 in order to avoid water quality degradation and bacterial growth due to a tailback of water in the tubings the entire system must be drained before leaving it unused for a longer period of time WARNING N Re using the system after a long period of non use To restart the system when it hasn t been used for a long time or after the system has
