Spannungsabfall beachten 4 Leistungsaufnahme Die Leistungsaufnahme des Pumpenaggregats betr gt maximal bei einer Nennspannung von 400 V 3N AC 50 Hz bei einer Anlage COCO DUNA LARGO PUNTO 2 5 kW bzw 3 5 kW BAMBO2 BAMBO JUNO VIVA LIBRA 3 5 LIDO LIDO2 MIRO 2 3 3 5 kW EuroJet DUNA MIRO LARGO PUNTO 1 7 kW bzw 3 2 kW 1N PE 230 V 50 Hz 5 Motorschutz Im Steuerkasten sind die erforderlichen Schalt und Sicherheitselemente untergebracht so dass sich ein weiterer Motorschutz er brigt Kontrollieren Sie bitte ob das Uberstromrelais auf den entsprechenden Motor Nennstrom eingestellt ist 6 Drehrichtung Pr fen Sie die Drehrichtung Beachten Sie hierzu den Drehrichtungspfeil an der Pumpe Zur Drehrichtungspr fung im Trocken lauf Pumpe nur kurz einschalten um die Gleitringdichtung vor Schaden zu bewahren Bei falscher Drehrichtung ist die Str mungsgeschwindigkeit wesentlich geringer ausserdem nimmt der Antriebsmotor einen h heren Strom auf so dass das ber stromrelais ansprechen kann Ist die Drehrichtung falsch sind zwei Aussenleiter der Netzzuleitung durch einen Elektrofachmann zu tauschen Montage des Steuerkastens Steuerkasten in einem trockenen Raum m glichst an einer Innenwand und m glichst h her als der Wasserspiegel anbringen F hren Sie die Leitungen durch die Stopfbuchse in den Steuerkasten Passen Sie dabei den ausschneidbaren Dichtring dem Durchmesser der Leitung an Ziehen Sie die Stopfbuchse gut an u

Ventil Pumpe Bild1 e Kleben Sie mit TANGIT die Kugelh hne 3 und 4 in die Ubergangsmuffe des Rohbauteils Nach dem Kleben sollten sich die Kugelh hne ffnen und schlie en lassen siehe Bild 1 e die Saug und Druckschlauchst cke 1 an die Pumpe montieren Vergessen Sie dabei nicht die Dichtung zwischen Schlauchnippel und Pumpenstutzen einzulegen Warnung e Schrauben Sie die Pumpe fest bzw setzen Sie die Steinschrauben e montieren Sie das Motorventil 2 so nahe wie m glich am Druckstutzen der Pumpe evtl hierzu geeignete Halterung verwenden e Material Rohrbogen Schlauch f r die weitere Verbindung der Saug und Druckleitung mu Bauseits gestellt und den rtlichen Gegebenheiten angepasst werden Anschluss des Steuerkasten Der Steuerkasten sollte oberhalb des Wasserspiegels entweder in einem trockenen Umgang oder in einem angrenzenden Raum untergebracht werden Der Anschluss ist sorgf ltig nach DIN VDE 0100 Teil 702 auszuf hren Der Anschluss an das Netz erfolgt durch eine 5 G 2 5 mm 3N PE 400V Leitung In diese Zuleitung ist sowohl ein Hauptschalter mit dem das Ger t allpolig vom Netz getrennt werden kann als auch ein Fl Schalter 30mA vorzusehen siehe Hinweisblatt An den Elektroinstallateur e Den 10 Meter langen Pneumatikschlauch auf den Pneumatikschalter an der Unterseite des Steuerkastens stecken evtl die L nge entsprechend k rzen e Das am Motorventil bereits montierte Kabel gem S
