FUNZIONAMENTO NORMALE Dopo aver posizionato i registri correttamente inserire la carica di legna oraria indicata evitare sovraccarichi che provocano sollecitazioni anomale e deformazioni secondo le indicazioni riportate nel capitolo DESCRIZIONE TECNICA Bisogna sempre usare il prodotto con la porta chiusa per evitare danneggiamenti dovuti all eccessivo surriscaldamento effetto forgia La non osservanza di tale regola fa decadere la garanzia Gli apparecchi con chiusura automatica della porta tipo 1 devono obbligatoriamente funzionare per motivi di sicurezza con la porta del focolare chiusa fatta eccezione per la fase di carico del combustibile o l eventuale rimozione della cenere Gli apparecchi con le porte non a chiusura automatica tipo devono essere collegati ad una propria canna fumaria funzionamento con porta aperta consentito soltanto sotto sorveglianza IMPORTANTE Per motivi di sicurezza la porta del focolare essere aperta solo durante il caricamento di combustibile Il focolare deve rimanere chiuso durante il funzionamento ed i periodi di non utilizzo Con i registri viene regolata l emissione di calore del focolare Essi devono essere aperti secondo il bisogno calorifico La migliore combustione con emissioni minime viene raggiunta quando caricando legna la maggior parte dell aria per la combustione passa attraverso il registro dell aria secondaria Non si deve mai sovraccaricare l apparecchio Troppo combust

W hrend seiner Lebensdauer wird der Ofen im Laufe ein und desselben Tages wechselnden Zyklen unterworfen bei denen er angez ndet und abk hlen lassen wird Je nach Jahreszeit kann der Ofen zudem sehr intensiv genutzt werden oder sogar ganz ruhen Bevor der neue Ofen als ganz ausgetrocknet betrachtet werden kann muss er verschiedenen Anfeuerungszyklen unterworfen werden damit alle Materialien und der Lack die unterschiedliche Beanspruchung bei Erhitzen und Abk hlen abschlie en k nnen Insbesondere kann anfangs der typische Geruch von Metall das gro er Hitze ausgesetzt wird sowie von frischem Lack wahrgenommen werden Auch wenn dieser Lack bei der Herstellung des Ofens einige Stunden lang bei 250 C gebrannt wurde muss er doch mehrmals und w hrend einer gewissen Dauer ber die Temperatur von 350 C erhitzt werden bevor er sich vollkommen mit den Metallfl chen verbindet Daher ist es sehr wichtig dass Sie folgende Hinweise beim Anz nden befolgen 1 Sorgen Sie f r verst rkte Frischluftzufuhr zu dem Aufstellraum des Ofens 2 Bei den ersten Anz ndvorg ngen nicht zuviel Brennstoff etwa die H lfte der in der Anleitung angegebenen Menge in die Brennkammer einf llen und die Verbrennungsluftschieber kleiner als in der Bedienungsanleitung angegeben einstellen Den Ofen mindestens 6 10 Stunden ununterbrochen in Funktion lassen 3 Diesen Vorgang sollten Sie je nach der Ihnen zur Verf gung stehenden Zeit mindestens 4 5 mal oder auc
