Seil verformt geknickt gestaucht oder in irgendeiner anderen Weise besch digt oder verschlissen ist Das Drahtseil hat die Ablegereife erreicht wenn sich durch Strukturver nderungen der Seildurchmesser auf l ngeren Strecken um 10 oder mehr gegen ber dem Nennma verringert hat Tab 1 Ebenso hat das Drahtseil die Ablegereife erreicht wenn es sich auch stellenweise nur mit erh htem Kraftaufwand durch die Klemmbacken des Hebezeuges schieben ziehen l t Ma gebend f r die Wartung und Pr fung des Drahtseiles sind die DIN 15020 Blatt2 Grunds tze f r Seiltriebe berwachung und Gebrauch sowie die g ltigen natio nalen und internationalen Vorschriften des Betreiberlandes Ein ablegereifes Drahtseil ist durch ein Drahtseil gleicher Abmessungen und G te zu ersetzen Es d rfen nur Original Yaletrac Drahtseile mit Stahleinlage und eingef rbter Litze verwendet werden Nur mit diesen Seilen ist die einwandfreie Funktion gew hrleistet Wartung des Drahtseils Das Drahtseil ist ber seine gesamte L nge also auch der Teil der sich gerade im Hebe zeug oder im Lastaufnahmemittel befindet am Ende eines Einsatztages von grobem Schmutz zu befreien und erneut leicht einzu fetten um Korrosion vorzubeugen Pr fung des Trag bzw Lasthakens Die Pr fung der Haken auf Verformung Be schadigungen Oberflachenrisse Abnutzung und Korrosion ist nach Bedarf jedoch min destens einmal im Jahr durchzuf

8. be inspected e in accordance with the risk assessment of the operating company e prior to initial operation e before the unit is put into service again following a shut down e after substantial changes e however at least once per year by a com petent person ATTENTION Actual operating conditions e g operation in galvanizing facilities can dictate shorter inspection intervals Repair work may only be carried out by a spe cialist workshop that uses original Yale spare parts The inspection mainly consisting of a visual inspection and a function check must determine that all safety devices are complete and fully operational and cover the condition of the unit suspension equipment and sup porting structure with regard to damage wear corrosion or any other alterations 7 von 16 Initial operation and recurring inspections must be documented e g in the CMCO works certificate of compliance If required the results of inspections and appropriate repairs must be verified If the hoist from 1 t lifting weight is fitted on or in a trolley and the hoist is used to move a lifted load in one or several directions the installati on is considered to be a crane and the further inspections must be carried out if applicable Paint damage should be touched up in order to avoid corrosion All joints and sliding surfaces Should be slightly greased In the case of heavy contamination the unit must be cleaned The un
9. d vom Betreiber zu veranlassen TRANSPORT LAGERUNG AUSSERBE TRIEBNAHME UND ENTSORGUNG Beim Transport des Ger tes sind folgen de Punkte zu beachten e Ger t nicht st rzen oder werfen immer vorsichtig absetzen e ugseil aus dem Ger t entfernen e Das Drahtseil ist so zu transportieren dass sie sich nicht verknoten kann und sich keine Schlaufen bilden k nnen z B auf einer Haspel e Geeignete Transportmittel verwenden Diese richten sich nach den rtlichen Gegebenheiten Bei der Lagerung oder der vor berge henden Au erbetriebnahme des Ger tes sind folgende Punkte zu beachten e Das Ger t an einem sauberen und trocke nen Ort lagern e Das Ger t inkl aller Anbauteile vor Ver schmutzung Feuchtigkeit und Sch den durch eine geeignete Abdeckung sch tzen e Haken vor Korrosion sch tzen e Das Seil ist durch Einfetten vor Korrosion zu sch tzen e Soll das Ger t nach der Au erbetriebnahme wieder zum Einsatz kommen ist es zuvor einer erneuten Pr fung durch eine bef higte Person zu unterziehen Entsorgung Nach Au erbetriebnahme sind die Teile des Ger tes entsprechend den gesetzlichen Bestimmungen der Wiederverwertung zuzu f hren bzw zu entsorgen Weitere Informationen und Betriebs anleitungen zum Download sind unter www cmco eu zu finden CEN English INTRODUCTION Products of CMCO Industrial Products GmbH have been built in accordance with the state of the art and generally acce

16. hren Die jeweiligen Einsatzbedingungen k nnen auch k rzere Pr fintervalle erforderlich machen Haken die laut Pr fung verworfen wurden sind durch neue zu ersetzen Schwei ungen an Haken z B zum Ausbessern von Abnut zung sind nicht zul ssig Trag und oder Lasthaken m ssen ausgewechselt werden wenn die Maul ffnung um 10 aufgeweitet ist Fig 11 oder wenn die Nennma e durch Abnutzung um 5 abgenommen haben Nennwerte und Verschlei grenzen sind der nachstehenden Tabelle 2 zu entnehmen Bei Erreichen der Grenzwerte sind die Bauteile auszuwechseln Pr fung des Anschlagbolzens Die Pr fung des Anschlagbolzens auf Verfor mung Besch digungen Oberfl chenrisse Abnutzung und Korrosion ist nach Bedarf jedoch mindestens einmal im Jahr durchzu f hren Die jeweiligen Einsatzbedingungen k nnen auch k rzere Pr fintervalle erforder lich machen Ein Anschlagbolzen der laut Pr fung verwor fen wurde ist durch einen Neuen zu ersetzen Schwei ungen am Anschlagbolzen z B zum Ausbessern von Abnutzung sind nicht zul s sig Der Anschlagbolzen ist sp testens dann zu ersetzen wenn sein Durchmesser um 5 kleiner als der Nenndurchmesser Tab 3 ist Reparaturen d rfen nur von autorisier ten Fachwerkst tten die Original Yale Ersatzteile verwenden durchgef hrt werden Nach einer erfolgten Reparatur sowie nach l ngerer Standzeit ist das Hebezeug vor der Wiederinbetriebnahme erneut zu pr fen Die Pr fungen sin
