ARBEITSWEISE VON DEM SYNCHROLIFT Der SYNCHROLIFT ist ein elektronisches Datenaufnahme und Leitungssystem das die Schlittennievellierung kontrolliert Zwei auf den Tragscheiben montierten sensoren lesen die m gliche Anomalie und ein elektrischer Stromkreis in dem Schalttafel verursacht alle die m gliche Verbesserungen um die Schlitten zu nievellieren Wenn gibt es keine M glichkeit die Schlitten zu nievellieren die Hebeb hne wird blockiert worden und die Anomalie dem Bediener signalisiert Die durch Led gegebene Signale Vgl S Abb 53 sind 1 LED gr n netzlinie anwesend alles ist OK LED Nr 2 rot Ansprechen der Thermoschutzschalter der Motoren Leuchtet diese Anzeige auf warten Sie 3 Minuten und stellen dann die Relais im Schaltschrank zur ck Spricht der Thermoschutzschalter daraufhin wieder an setzen Sie sich bitte mit der auf der Titelseite angegebenen Vertragswerkstatt in Verbindung 3 LED gr n Entladung der Batterie berzupr fen 4 LED gelb Synchrolift anwesend Wenn diese Kontrollampe angez ndet ist nivelliert der Synchrolift die Schlitten nach za 1 Sek wird die Lampe ausschalten das bedeutet da die Nievellierung zu Ende ist 5 LED rot Der Synchrolift kann nicht die Schlitten nievellieren Wenn diese Kontrollampe angez ndet ist gibt es eine groBe Anomalie der Hebeb hne Die Hebeb hne ist von dem Synchrolift blockiert und kann man sie nicht mehr brauchen Kundendienststelle anruf
