13. and the parts list which are stated together with an Order No are not included in the kit Assembly instructions Fueltank 1 Drill out the third countersunk hole in one of the two tank stoppers 1 2 Push the brass tubes through the stopper as shown in the pictures First insert the overflow tube 2 then fit the tank cover 3 Bend the filler tube 4 at a slight angle at a point about 30 35 mm from the end use the bending jig Order No 43 as shown in the picture and push it through the tank stopper 1 Fit the clunk pick up tube 5 and mark the tubes on the tank cover 3 O for overflow U for Ueberlauf P for pick up F for filler T for Tanken 3 Fit the tank cover compression plate 6 on the opposite end and align the brass tubes carefully Note that the overflow tube should project by about 1 mm on the inside of the tank Now fit the socket head screw 7 which is used to compress the stopper but do not tighten it at this point 4 Push the kerosene tube 9 onto the felt fuel pick up 8 and cut this assembly to an overall length of 200 mm Cut a 75 mm length of silicone tubing for filling and draining the tank Push the silicone tubing onto the brass tubes and wrap binding wire round the joints for security Tip to achieve an effective seal wrap the binding wire twice round the connection then twist the ends together 5 Fit the assembled stopper into the right hand fueltank 10 and tighten the socket head screw to
