Dimensioni del legno da rompere In figura 2 a pag 2 sono indicate le misure massime dei tronchi da rompere Il diametro del legno indicativo un tronco di piccole dimensioni pu risultare difficoltoso da rompere se contiene nodosit oppure se formato da fibra particolarmente robusta Al contrario se il legno ha fibre regolari non sar difficile rompere tronchi il cui diametro supera le dimensioni massime consigliate in figura 2 importante evitare di insistere quando il tronco non si spacca al primo tentativo in quanto la pompa pu essere danneggiata dal surriscaldamento dell olio dovuto al mantenimento della macchina sotto sforzo massimo nel tentativo di rompere legno eccessivamente duro 2 2 Olii consigliati Vi consigliamo di usare i seguenti tipi di olio per il cilindro idraulico SHELL TELLUS T22 ARAL VITAM GF22 BP ENERGOL HCP22 MOBIL DTE11 o equivalenti NON USATE OLII CON GRADAZIONI DIFFERENTI 10 D22001250 v 1 UPD 191201 3 SICUREZZA estremamente importante leggere quanto riportato in questo capitolo Esso contiene la descrizione dei possibili rischi generati dall uso della macchina e le relative informazioni atte a consentire un uso corretto della stessa ed evitare danni alle persone agli animali e alle cose ATTENZIONE gli spaccalegna BELL mod SPV21 e 5 40 sono stati progettati e costruiti al solo scopo di rompere ceppi di legno le cui dimensioni non siano diverse da quelle raccomandate in fig 2
6. der Olfilter gereinigt werden Das hintere Pumpenschutzgeh use abnehmen Daf r sind die 6 entsprechenden Schrauben abzuschrauben Die Mutter abschrauben Abb 11 Die Filterdichtung aus dem Tank abnehmen Verwenden Sie daf r einen Schraubenzieher mit unscharfer Klinge und dr cken Sie auf die ganze Kreislinie Abb 13 bis die Dichtung komplett aus dem Tank ausgezogen worden ist Dann das Filterhalterrohr ausziehen e Den Filter abziehen Den Filter mit sauberem Benzin reinigen und wenn m glich mit Druckluft blasen Falls die Reinigung nicht erfolgt der Filter mit einem neuen getauscht werden e Den Filter auf die Dichtung wieder montieren e Den Filter auf den Tank wieder einsetzen Achten Sie darauf der Filter nach rechts geschwenkt bleibt Mit einem Kreuzschraubenzieher auf die ganze Dichtungskreislinie dr cken bis sie ins Blech eingesteckt wird Wenn die Dichtung nicht ins Blech genau wie auf Abb 15 eingesteckt wird kann herausflieRen Anmerkung wir schlagen vor die Dichtung vor der Wiederzusammensetzung mit einem Haartrockener zu w rmen ACHTUNG VERWENDEN SIE NIEMALS SCHRAUBENZIEHER MIT SCHARFER KLINGE DA DIE DICHTUNG DADURCH BESCHADIGT WERDEN K NNTE Nachdem das Rohr wieder eingesteckt worden ist ist die entsprechende Mutter zu schlieRen 6 2 Wechsel des Hydraulik ls Das Alt l ist alle 600 Betriebsstunden durch ein frisches der auf Seite 28 empfohlenen lsorte auszutauschen
