D0013509 2 2 Hinweise zur Montage Das Fluchtt rterminal ist in unmittelbarer N he der Fluchtt r zu montieren Das Fluchtt r Steuerterminal ist f r die Wandmontage vorgesehen Um baulichen Anforderungen gerecht zu werden steht eine Aufputz AP und eine Unterputz UP Ausf hrung zur Verf gung Der UP Ausf hrungen liegt zus tzlich eine Einputzdose aus verzinktem Stahlblech und ein Zubeh rbeutel mit Montagematerial bei Verwenden Sie bei der Montage die Bohrschablone im Anhang Einputzdose nur bei Ger ten de 1338 xx Serie teuerleitungen 3 P 3 o z 1000 mm Oberkante Fertigfu boden Gem der Richtlinie ber elektrische Verriegelungssysteme von T ren in Rettungswegen muss das Terminal so positioniert werden dass sich die Nottaste innerhalb des Bereichs zwischen 850 mm und 1200 mm ber Oberkante Fertigfu boden OKFF befindet Empfohlen wird dort eine H he von 850 mm ber OKFF N heres regelt die jeweilige Landesbauordnung Soweit der Muster Erla Bauaufsichtliche Anforderungen an elektrische Verriegelungen von T ren in Rettungswegen Fassung Juni 1988 in die jeweilige Landesbauordnung bernommen wurde ist zu ber cksichtigen dass dort eine maximale H he von 1050 mm ber OKFF vorgeschrieben ist Bei Positionierung der Einputzdose gem Ma angabe in obiger Skizze erreicht die H he der Nottaste dieses Maximalma e Die Zuleitungen m ssen von unten durch die Leitungsdurchf h

Dies erfolgt durch Ziehen am Steckergeh use Ziehen Sie keinesfalls an der Flachbandleitung da diese sonst besch digt werden kann 2 L sen Sie nun die Sechskantschraube die den Profilhalbzylinder mit dem Befestigungswinkel verbindet 3 Schieben Sie den Profilhalbzylinder nach hinten durch das Geh use und entfernen Sie ihn Beachten Sie hierbei dass die Federschaltelemente nicht durch den Schlie hebel des Zylinders besch digt werden 4 Setzen Sie den neuen Profilhalbzylinder ein indem Sie diesen von der Geh useinnenseite durch das Geh use schieben Befestigen Sie diesen anschlie end mit der Sechskantschraube so am Befestigungwinkel dass der Zylinder an der Geh usefrontseite plan abschlie t Der Zylinder muss dabei so justiert werden dass der Schlie hebel beim Schalten am Tr gerblech des Schaltelements anschl gt wa 5 berpr fen Sie anschlie end ob der Schlie hebel des Profilhalbzylinders die Federschaltelemente und damit die Schalter ordnungsgem bet tigt wa 6 Stellen Sie wieder die Verbindung mit Hilfe der Flachbandleitung her und schlie en Sie das Steuerterminal wa 7 Nehmen Sie das Ger t in Betrieb und f hren Sie anschlie end einen Funktionstest durch Modellauswahl F r das Fluchtt r Steuerterminal m ssen Profilhalbzylinder k rzeste Bauform 90 links mit einer L nge von 30 mm bis 35 mm eingesetzt werden D0013509 Seite 23 2 5 Busbetrieb Modelle 1338 20 21 und Modelle 134
