13. 107 entfernen und die dahinterliegenden 4 Schrau ben 108 f r beide Scharnierbefestigungen mit einem 3er Inbus Schl ssel herausdrehen falls die Geh usebohrungen nicht mit den Schraubenk pfen fluchten sind die 6 Geh useschrauben 104 zu l sen und das Geh use in die entsprechenden Richtungen zu dr cken e Schraubenzieher aus Gelenkhalterung herausnehmen und Deckel von dem Geh use abziehen e Zum Justieren Austauschen der Deckelscharniere 109 oder des Gelenkbockes 114 sind die 4 Befestigungsschrauben der Deckelplatte 113 zu entfernen The index numbers stated in xxx reappear within the break down drawings and spare part list 5 1 Dismantling the Housing 5 1 1 Outer Casing 100 e Open the lid switch off the unit and pull out the mains plug Unscrew and remove the rotor Unscrew and remove the plastic motor cover 102 Disassemble the lid see 5 1 2 Unscrew 6 flat head screws 104 for bottom plate attaching and remove them together with plastic washers 103 e Lift the casing in front and disconnect the wires of the lid lock assembly be carefully when pulling off the connectors XC1 2 with nose pliers or unplug the plug XC on units with new lid lock e Remove the casing completely with lid lock assembly in vertical position across armored chamber and lay on side e Refit the casing analogously in reverse order 5 1 2 Lid Note The lid consists of the outer plastic casing 110 and of the screwed in steel plate
