14. c 9 2 Olstand pr fen Der richtige Olstand sollte alle 5000 Stunden berpr ft werden Wenn das l verschmutzt verbrannt oder z h fl ssig ist wechseln Sie das Ol sofort und sp len Sie falls erforderlich das Getriebe Unter normalen Betriebsbedingungen empfehlen wir einen Olwechsel alle 10000 Stunden Die Intervalle sollten nicht langer als 2 Jahre sein K rzere Olwechselintervalle alle 3000 bis 5000 Stunden erh hen die Lebensdauer Ein Olwechsel nach den ersten 500 Stunden ist sehr empfehlenswert Die oben genannten Empfehlungen k nnen unter anderen Betriebsbedingungen wie hohe Temperatur hohe Feuchtigkeit oder korrosive Umgebung ge ndert werden Wenn eine dieser Situationen vorliegt m ssen h ufi gere lwechsel stattfinden amp Schmiernippel in fs cm 1 I I Y a Kontrollschraube Die Schmierkontrollschraube am Geh use abschrauben und mit einer Fettpresse durch den Schmiernippel am Flansch auf der Antriebsseite oder am Motorflansch Fett nachschmieren Die Getriebe wahrend des Betriebs nachschmieren um eine gute Zirkulation des Schmierfetts sicherzustellen Bei jedem Nachschmieren muss ca ein Drittel bis die H lfte der in der Tabelle in Kapitel 8 1 2 f r die 1 Stufe ge nannten Fettmenge nachgef llt werden Falls zuviel Fett nachgef llt wird kann es durch die Betriebserw rmung zu einer unzul ssigen
