28. 8 Reattach the connecting hose to the opening side 9 Check that all connections are properly in place The installation of your RO membrane is now complete 21 22 3 4 5 6 Important You now need to carry out work on the cold water connection under the sink You should therefore first shut off the cold water valve under the sink You can check whether you have shut off the correct valve by turning on the regular tap in the sink No water should come out The water connection piece consists of two individual parts that need to be joined together First seal off the external thread of the cold water connection with the Teflon tape To do so wrap the Teflon tape around the thread 4 to 5 times in the opposite direction to the thread Important 1 Please ensure that the opening for the water supply is not covered by any Teflon tape 2 Check that the rubber seal is inserted 3 Use the open ended spanner to twist the flexible water hose off the corner valve In some cases you will need to use a pipe wrench to hold the corner valve in order to prevent it from turning with the hose You can now attach the cold water connection to the corner valve 4 Once you have done this you can connect the flexible water hose to the cold water connection 5 Please ensure that the side opening of the cold water connection is kept free because you will need to screw the stopcock into this opening You can now seal off the th

31. the hose is fixed into place and securely connected You have now finished connecting the cold water supply to the HA Premium and the filter system to the water supply Important Please do not yet open the water inlet Wastewater bracket Remove the wastewater bracket from its packaging and unscrew the two side screws Important Please ensure that the black seal is adhered to the inside of the wastewater bracket Unscrew the screw in the wastewater bracket and insert the wastewater hose into the opening Push the wastewater hose into the hole drilled in the drain pipe You can now screw on the second half of the wastewater bracket Once you have done this you can cut the wastewater hose down to the required length 23 24 Important Please ensure that the hose length is suitable for the filter system Make sure that there are no kinks or bends in the hose in order to avoid permanent damage 6 You can now connect the other end of the wastewater hose to the system When doing so follow the procedure used to connect the water hose as described on page 23 1 Remove the tap supplied with the filter system from its packaging and decide where you would like to install it Please note The tap must be located directly next to the sink in order to collect any escaping water If you do not want to install the tap supplied with the system because you do not want to drill an additional hole

35. ellung unter der Service Hotline 49 0 72 31 781 07 50 Bei der Installation des Wasserhahns auf einer Holzarbeitsplatte Bohren Sie als erstes mit einem 7 mm Holzbohrer ein Loch vor und anschlie end mit einem 13 mm Holzbohrer nach Hinweis Seien Sie vorsichtig beim Bohren und tragen Sie immer eine Schutzbrille Benutzen Sie einen Holzbohrer bei Bohrungen in einer Arbeitsplatte aus Holz oder hnlichem Material Bei Bohrungen in Sp lbecken aus Edelstahl benutzen Sie bitte einen speziellen Lochstanzer Bei Bohrungen in eine Granitarbeitsplatte benutzen Sie bitte einen speziellen mit Diamanten besetzten Nass Lochbohrer und ein Bohrstativ 3 Nachdem Sie das Loch angefertigt haben stecken Sie das Ende vom Gewinderohr des Wasserhahns von oben hindurch Folgen Sie dabei der Reihenfolge auf der Abbildung a Unterlegscheibe b Unterlegscheibe C Grosse Mutter f r Fixierung a d Kleine Mutter f r Schlauchanschluss Schlie en Sie nun den Wasserschlauch an Ihren HA Premium di an Der Anschluss f r den Wasserhahn befindet sich direkt am 0 Premium und ist mit Wasser gekennzeichnet Gehen Sie dabei genauso vor wie beim Anschlie en des Wasser schlauches siehe Seite 6 Hinweis Das AquaStop System ist nicht im Lieferumfang enthalten ist aber sehr zu empfehlen da die Wasserfilter Anlage automatisch abschaltet sobald die Anlage leckt Bestellbar unter in
36. embran befindet sich im Inneren des Metallgeh uses Sie hat drei Anschl sse einen oben und zwei unten Die Geh usefarbe ist wei 2 Nehmen Sie den Schlauch an der ffnungsseite des Membrangeh uses ab 3 Drehen Sie von Hand die obere Verschlusskappe ab Hinweis Befindet sich bereits eine Membran im Gehduse muss diese mit einer Spitzzange herausgeholt werden Die alte Membran k nnen Sie mit dem Hausm ll entsorgen Vergewissern Sie sich dass das Innere des Membrangehduses sauber ist S ubern Sie dieses falls n tig mit Warmwasser 4 Entfernen Sie die Verpackungsfolie von der RO Membran 5 F hren Sie als erstes das Ende mit den zwei kleinen Gummi O Ringen in das Membrangeh use ein 6 Dr cken Sie mit dem Daumen oder Handballen die Membran ins Geh use bis beide O Ring Dichtungen sp rbar einrasten Wichtig Achten Sie beim Zusammenbau darauf dass der Dichtungsring der RO Membran nicht besch digt wird 7 Drehen Sie nun von Hand die Verschlusskappe auf das Geh use 8 Schlie en Sie nun den Anschlussschlauch wieder an der ffnungsseite an 9 Vergewissern Sie sich dass alle Anschl sse wieder ordnungsgem fest sitzen Die Montage der RO Membran ist somit abgeschlossen 2 Wichtig Sie werden jetzt Arbeiten am Kaltwasseranschluss unter dem Sp lbecken durchf hren Drehen Sie deshalb zuerst das Ventil f r das Kaltwasser unter der Sp le zu Sie konnen kontrollieren ob Sie das richtige Ventil gesch
37. er HA Premium mindestens ein Mal gespult werden Wir empfehlen die Sp lung ein zweites Mal zu wiederholen um beste Filtrationsergebnisse zu erhalten 1 berpr fen Sie zun chst ob der Health Aqua korrekt angeschlossen ist alle Wasserschlauche fest verbunden sind und diese keinen Knick aufweisen Offnen Sie nun den Wasserzufluss am Kaltwasseranschluss und drehen Sie den Hebel am Absperrhahn auf so dass dieser in Richtung des Wasserschlauches zeigt Sie h ren wie das Wasser durch den Health Aqua flie t Stecken Sie nun den Stromstecker der Wasseranlage in die Steckdose Der Health Aqua produziert jetzt gefiltertes Wasser und sp lt damit zunachst die Filter Lassen Sie den Health Aqua ca 30 Minuten laufen Die Anlage kann nun in Betrieb genommen werden HEALTH AQUA TECHNOLO 13 gt PROBLEME SELBST BEHEBEN 1 Problem Nach der Installation des HA Premium flie t kein Wasser aus dem Wasserhahn L sung Kontrollieren Sie zuerst ob der Kaltwasseranschluss aufgedreht ist Denken Sie daran dass es einige Zeit dauern kann bis der HA Premium gen gend Wasser produziert hat und der ent sprechende Betriebsdruck aufgebaut ist Achten Sie darauf dass kein Wasserschlauch eingeknickt ist Sollte immer noch kein Wasser austreten gehen Sie die Installationsanleitung ein zweites Mal Schritt f r Schritt durch und vergewissern Sie sich dass Sie alle Anweisungen befolgt

40. fo health aqua technology com oder unter 49 0 72 31 781 07 50 1 Der Aqua Stop wird zwischen dem Kaltwasseranschluss und der Schnellkupplung am md Leitungswassereingang der Anlage angeschlossen 2 Zur Installation sollte der Aqua Stop Sensor auf flachem Untergrund in der N he der Anlage positioniert werden Die Alarmeinheit wird durch zwei Nagel an der Schrankwand befestigt 3 Schneiden Sie zwei gleich lange Schlauchst cke ab 4 F hren Sie einen Schlauch vom Kaltwasseranschluss in die horizontalen Schlaucheinf hrung des Aqua Stop ein 5 F hren Sie in die vertikale Einf hrung den restlichen Anschlussschlauch ein und verbinden Sie das andere Ende mit der Schnellkupplung am Leitungswassereingang der Anlage Funktionsweise Sobald der Sensor mit Wasser in Ber hrung kommt schaltet das Aqua Stopp System die weitere Wasserzufuhr Premium ab Gleichzeitig ert nt ein akustisches Alarmsignal Um das Aqua Stopp System wieder zu aktivieren m ssen Sie den Drehschalter mit einer Rechtsdreh ung in die gr ne Position bringen Das Aqua Stopp System ist anschlie end wieder betriebsbereit 11 1 Schneiden Sie sich ein passendes St ck Schlauch ab ca 5 8 cm 2 F hren Sie den Schlauch in den Leitungswassereingang der Anlage ein Er wird nun mit der Schnellkupplung verbunden Achten Sie darauf dass der Schlauch fest sitzt 3 Am anderen Ende der Schnellkupplung kommt der Kal
