9. lt C 33 POSIZIONAMENTO ANTERIORE ATTUATORE Nel caso si sia stabilito di usare la lunghezza utile massima dello stelo quote A B corsa utile del pistone occorre utilizzare la dima in dotazione nel modo seguente Togliere il sottotappo B 3 pos 6 dalla flangia di sblocco B 3 pos 28 per rendere accessibile la valvola di sblocco se l attuatore ne dotato conservandolo in un luogo pulito per un successivo utilizzo Estrarre completamente e lentamente lo stelo sbloccando manualmente l attuatore tramite la rotazione della valvola di sblocco B 3 rif 5 5 1 Appoggiare la dima C 14 sullo stelo e portarla in battuta sulla flangia C 14 Fare rientrare lo stelo fino alla battuta della dima verificando che tra la rondella dello stelo ed il tappo dell attuatore rimangano 5 mm di gioco Eseguire un perfetta pulizia della zona predisposta alla saldatura dell attacco anteriore dell attuatore tramite un apposito utensile C 15 in particolare eliminare ogni traccia di eventuale vernice o zincatura A ATTENZIONE Verificare la robustezza della zona di fissaggio se necessario applicare un fazzoletto di rinforzo opportunamente dimensio nato il fazzoletto di rinforzo indispensabile in presenza di ante assemblate con lamiere di spessore sottile Durante la pulitura della zona di fissaggio dell attacco anteriore dell attuatore allontanare lo stesso dalla zona mettendolo al riparo dalle scintille FRONTAL POSITIONING OF T
