Anschlussleitung 2 5m 91 44 05 00 09 7 7 Beiliegende Unterlagen Datenblatt TGAK 3 DD 45 00 08 Flussplan CS P01 10 4 Konformitatserklarung KX 45 00 06 Dekontaminierungserklarung 18 BXCS3000 02 2012 Art Nr 90 31 034 Bedienungs und Installationsanleitung v Installation and Operation Instruction cr o Tragbares Gasaufbereitungssystem TGAK 3 BU RHHER Portable gas conditioning system TGAK 3 TECHNOLOGIES 1 Introduction The trouble free operation of analysers depends to a very high degree on the individual operation condi tions Sample gas contains quite often moisture and particles which make the operation of the analyser unreliable or even can damage the sensor particularly if the analysis is carried out at different sites The system has to be conditioned for the analyzing process The TGAK 3 provides a portable complete sample conditioning system at reasonable dimensions and weight which can be carried around to the individual sample points The specifications in the attached data sheet must be followed especially those concerning the specific purpose used materials and the range for pressure and temperature This manual describes all models of TGAK3 If there are specific features for a certain model they are de scribed in the manual The specific TGAK model is indicated on the type plate as well as the order number and part number 2 Important Advice Please check before installation of2. and Operation Instruction 4 o Tragbares Gasaufbereitungssystem TGAK 3 EX UU TLISIES Portable gas conditioning system TGAK 3 TECHNOLOGIES 7 2 Replacing the electrical main fuse gt Disconnect the main power supply The main fuse is below the main power socket The rectangular fuse holder can be removed using a screw driver gt Replace the fuse and insert the fuse holder again The kind of fuse depends on the voltage Assure to have the proper fuse 7 3 Replacement of micro fuse gt Switch off the device and disconnect it from power supply gt Loosen the 4 screws fixing the front panel for this the case should be laid on its back gt Carefully lift the front plate similar to opening a door Caution The display mains socket and hoses are fixed to the front panel If the front panel should be removed completely hosing and connections must be accurately fixed afterwards gt The fuse is placed at the right side on the supply circuit board covered by a plastic cap gt Replace the fuse and refit the cap Regard the supply voltage for choosing the correct fuse see 6 3 gt If the front panel had been removed remount the hoses and electrical connections accurately gt Fix the front panel with the 4 screws gt Reconnect power supply 7 4 Cleaning of the heat exchanger The heat exchanger must be replaced in case of damage or when clogged In the latter case we recom mend to check if the use of a fil

16. ature for effi cient operation Keep the ventilation opening on the right side of the unit clear and free Therefore the space on the right side must be at least 10cm 4 3 1 Mounting Use the quick coupling and an appropriate hose for the connection of the TGAK 3 with the sample point and fit them tight Connect the analyser to the TGAK 3 with an similar hose and keep this hose short and straight The inlets are marked IN for the sample input and OUT for the output The types CSP5xxxx do have a stainless steel fitting instead of a quick coupling It is suitable for gas input temperatures up to 180 C 356 F The quick couplings contain stop valves Therefore the TGAK 3 is only allowed to operate when the quick couplings are both locked in The door of the TGAK 3 must be kept open or be removed when the device is in operating conditions The door can be removed to the top after opening 3 2 Electrical connecting Check the operation voltage of the unit and plug the cable into the socket on the front plate The power supply has to be 230V AC 50 Hz with the CSPx2xxx type and 115V AC 60 Hz with the CSPx1xxx types The minimal external fusing of the power line has to be 4A Wrong mains voltage may damage the device Regard the correct mains voltage as given on the type plate Damage to the device in case of insulation testing Do not proceed insulation tests with high voltage to the device as a whole The device

31. lear the alarm As soon as the operating temperature range is reached and the moisture alarm has been reset the display stops blinking and the status contact switches to Normal For model CSP4xxxx without internal pump make sure that all alarm LEDs are off and the cooler has reached its working range before starting the measurement Otherwise a moisture slip may occur If the display starts blinking during operation the cooler is overloaded see also chapter 6 1 Troubleshoot ing To prevent the analyser from getting damaged the sample gas pump is switched off automatically As soon as the working range of the cooler is reached the display stops blinking and the sample gas pump is switched on again The TGAK 3 is equipped with a moisture detector This detector will signal a water slip in case the cooler is overloaded or has a break down The red LED in the upper left display will turn on The detector controller must be reset by pushing the reset button If the reason for the detection was a short term moisture break through the TGAK 3 will turn to operation again If there s a serious water slip the LED will stay lightened In this case the TGAK 3 should be inspected immediately and the reason for the slip has to be found The sensitivity of the moisture detector can be set with the potentiometer in the left upper window Sensitivi ty is reduced by turning counter clockwise The sensitivity is factory preset and should only be cha
