7. 1263 02 2009 Francais Assemblage assemblage doit se faire de pr f rence sur un terrain plat vitez de serrer les boulons et les crous avant de terminer l assemblage Afin de faciliter la recherche des pi ces lors de l assemblage faites l inventaire des boulons des rondelles ressort des crous etc Veuillez lire le guide de Pr cautions avant l utilisation de l l vateur Etape 1 2 1 Ins rez les pattes r glables 5 dans les structures de cot 1 et 2 2 Ins rez les verrous de patte 17 et 18 3 Installez la structure avant et arri re 3 et ins rer ensuite les boulons les rondelles ressort et les crous 4 Serrez maintenant les boulons et les crous 5 Installation du treuil 8 de la roue 6 et de la poign e pour roue 7 Etape 2 2 1 Positionnez la structure du lit 19 entre les structures de c t 2 Attachez le c ble avant et les deux c bles de c t A et dans la partie inf rieure de la structure 3 Attachez ensuite la partie oppos e des c bles boulon a oeil dans la partie sup rieure de la structure 4 Installez la poulie 20 la structure du lit 5 Installez le c ble du treuil 30 ou D ins rez le c ble dans la poulie et attachez le au treuil 6 Soulevez le lit hauteur d environ 24 po en tournant la roue dans le sens des aiguilles d une montre 7 Ajustement du lit le c ble du treuil D
8. oeil avant de terminer l assemblage pour faciliter l ajustement du lit Afin de faciliter la recherche des pi ces lors de l assemblage faites un inventaire des boulons rondelles crous etc Lisez le Guide de s curit avant d utiliser l l vateur tape 1 1 Ins rez les pattes r glables no 5 dans le poteau avant gauche no 4 poteau arri re droit no 2 poteau avant droit no 3 et poteau arri re gauche no 1 2 Ins rez les verrous de patte no 16 et no 17 tape 2 1 Installez la structure avant sans boyau no 6 et arri re avec boyau no 7 puis ins rez les boulons et les crous en nylon tape 3 1 Installez les structures de c t gauche et droit no 8 et no 9 puis ins rez les boulons et les crous en nylon veuillez porter une attention partic uli re au positionnement des structures de c t pour ne pas les inverser la distance des trous aux extr mit s est diff rente tape 4 1 Installez le support de cylindre no 10 aux poteaux arri re et avant droit no 2 et no 3 puis ins rez les boulons et les crous en nylon Le collant sur le support cylindre doit tre positionn l ext rieur 2 Installez les stabilisateurs principaux no 12 sur le poteau avant gauche no 4 et sur le poteau arri re gauche no 1 puis installez les espaceurs no 13 entre le stabilisateur principal et la structure de c t gauche no 8 et ins rez ensuite les boulons et les crous en ny
9. 4 et sur le poteau arri re gauche no 1 puis ins rez les boulons et les crous en nylon 3 Positionnez le stabilisateur principal avec le collant Attention du cot du poteau arri re gauche no 1 4 Installez la boite de contr le no 27 entre le haut du poteau arri re gauche 1 et le stabilisateur principale tape 5 1 Installez les stabilisateurs secondaires no 14 puis ins rez les boulons et les crous en nylon 2 Serrez maintenant les boulons et les crous en nylon install s aux tapes 1 2 3 4 et 5 tape 6 1 Installez la structure arri re no 51 et la structure avant no 50 aux structures de c t no 52 puis ins rez les boulons et les crous en nylon 2 Serrez maintenant les boulons et les crous en nylon 3 Installez les c bles du cylindre D et C attachez l extr mit des c bles tige filet e la structure de c t droit no 52 4 Installez les c bles de levier A et B attachez le bout avec la cosse la base de la structure de c t droit no 9 puis attachez l extr mit du c ble tige filet e au poteau avant gauche no 4 pour le c ble A et au poteau arri re gauche no 1 pour le c ble B 5 Installez les deux boyaux au cylindre Le boyau droit avec la valve de s ret Le boyau angle 4590 avec l embout 4500 Ensuite installez les deux autres extr mit s la pompe hydraulique Suivre les codes de couleurs Monter et redescendre l l vateur au complet
