6. 6 3 To Manage Settings for Your Voicemail If you decide to use your local voicemail function you can manage the settings by the following steps 1 Click Extensions on the main menu bar The Extensions screen will appear 2 Click your extension number under the My Extension heading The My Extension screen will appear Click the Enable Voicemail box to turn Voicemail on or off on your phone To be able to listen to voicemail messages on your phone select the Store Voicemail on Phone checkbox 5 Click on the Require Voicemail Password checkbox to force password entry to access your voicemail on the phone 6 If this phone is part of any Group Extensions click on the Take Voicemail for Group Extensions checkbox to have this phone take all voicemail for those Group Extensions Callers will hear your Personal Greeting instead of the Group Extension Greeting 7 To have voicemail messages sent to your email account do the following o Enter an email address in the Email Address fie o Select the Send Voicemail to email checkbox 8 Inthe Voicemail Settings section you can adjust the delay before the voicemail picks up and the maximum length for each voicemail message 9 Click the Update button to save settings qj Login Administrator NETWORKS Jose x1020 My Extension Local Voicemail Ks B a lt e a im m ok 3 2003
