Antenna Connector o Getting started 1 For the initial start up press the power button for 3 seconds to turn on your Mio NAS D A Sos aT N KS MVA Note For normal operation briefly press the power button to turn on and off your Mio 2 Your Mio will turn on We recommend you charge your Mio before the first use See next section for more details 3 The Home screen appears You can now use your Mio Charging the battery When charging the battery for the very first time you should charge it for at least 8 hours 1 Attach the regional adaptor plug to the AC charger 0 2 Connect the power cord to the DC IN power connector of your Mio 3 Plug the AC charger into a wall outlet o lo lj 1 mi e m an am an am am am of 4 The charge indicator glows amber when charging When the battery is fully charged the indicator turns green Note If your Mio s battery has completely discharged do not immediately turn it on when charging Wait at least one minute Note When you unplug your Mio from a power source the volume and brightness will drop to extend battery life Note When using on battery power the system will reduce volume when the battery reaches a critical level CAUTION For optimal performance of the lithium battery Do not charge the battery where the temperature is high e g in direct sunlight There is no need to fully discharge the battery before char
