8. off as soon as the impact sound is heard e When tightening screw M6 or smaller carefully adjust pressure on the main switch so that the nut is not damaged e When the battery pack is discharged almost completely voltage will drop and the tightening torque will be reduced e Driver bit or socket bit failure to use the correct size driver bit or socket bit will cause a reduction in the tightening torque e For driving a bolt Even though the torque coefficient and the class of bolt are the same the proper tightening torque will differ according to the diameter of the bolt 8 The manner of holding the machine or the material of driving position to be tightened will affect the torque Operating the machine at low speed will cause a reduction in the tightening torque Replaceable Carbon Brush 1 Replace the new carbon brush while the motor is not rotated and the carbon brush is run out Change the new motor after the carbon brush has been replaced 2 3 times 2 Replacement procedure is as follows e Use T10 size bit to loosen the back cover screws and remove back cover by hand Fig 1 e Take out the carbon brush Fig 2 e Put the new carbon brush and housing back cover into the hosing in proper order Refer to picture for the direction of installing the carbon brush Fig 3 4 e Lock the housing back cover clockwise by using T10 size bit Fig 5 CAUTION Always be sure that the machine is switched off and is unplugged from the p
