1. Case Assembly It may be easier to install the power cord external infrared receiver or 12V trigger before installing the case into E the ceiling recess a Remove the 2 screws containing the power box assembly figure 7 b Feed power cable through end plate and terminate in power assembly box figure 8 and 9 C Also feed through the 12 Volt Trigger cable the External Control cable and or Infra Red Receiver if required figure 10 d Re align the back of the power box assembly slot with the bracket figure 11 and insert the 2 screws and end plate Rubber Screw End Cap Board Line Cover Power Cord Power Cord Figure 6 Figure 7 Figure 8 Figure 9 M4 Screw TRIG Trigger os Switch Power Box Signal Output lt EXT IR External Infrared Receiver EXT CTRL Note The power box must be Dry Contact C buttoned on the hanger of bracket End Cap Board Figure 10 Figure 11 Slide an M6 Hex Head bolt into each of the channels that run through the back of the case figure 12 1 5 Align the Hanging Board with the 2 screws and ensure that the Hanging Board is at least 5mm from the edge figure 12 2 and 12 3 and secure Hanging Board with the M6 nuts figure 12 4 Install the remaining Hanging Board at the opposite end of the case Casing Groove M6 Allen Scr

8. it Caution Setting the bottom limit beyond the black leader may render your screen inoperable and VOID your warranty The bottom limit setting is accessible by turning the white coloured hex headed screw terminal Turn clockwise to raise the screen and anti clockwise to lower the screen When lowering the bottom limit the screen will move as you adjust however when raising the bottom limit you will need to operate the screen using the remote to see the new limit 11 External Control System 12 There are four control systems available for this motorised screen A Manual Control B Infrared Remote Control IR C D Trigger Dry Contact Manual Control The manual control button is located under the power box on the left hand side of the screen close to the power cord Infrared Remote Control The screen casing is mounted above the ceiling Therefore the external infrared receiver EXT IR must be installed below the ceiling for line of sight signal transmission by the infrared remote control Trigger E Please connect 2 5mm trigger plug to the TRIG input on the screen connect 3 5mm plug to the output on trigger only for projectors which have 12 Volt trigger function ine The projection screen will automatically lower when the projector is on It will automatically retract when the projector is turned off Using Dry Contact Simply connect the Blue and Yellow wires to L of contro
