1. labstream DI MENSI ONS Installation Manual Dilution trap 50 402 Materials Upper part Acid resistant Polyethylene Catchpot Heat resistant borosilicate glass Capacity approx 2 3 litre Connections 1 1 2 BSP x 50mm quick connection Installation The dilution trap is supplied ready for use Installation should be directly near or under the sink Please check if the upper part and the catchpot are tightened well to each other to avoid any leakage To tighten use only the large nut do not turn the upper part to tighten Connect the trap to the sink outlet and the waste pipe Cleaning and Maintenance The catchpot needs to be emptied and cleaned regularly When re mounting the catchpot to the upper part make sure that the silicone ring is fitted in the correct position in the upper part position the small holes in the silicone ring on the pins in the upper part Make sure that the couplings are tightened well before use to avoid leakage Available replacement parts Upper part 50 403 Catchpot 50 404 Silicone ring 50 405 For any questions please call 31 38 4215522 April 2010 under reserve of changes in design
