1. 9020 9021 CE User Manual Optiseat v2 11 12 3 2014 There is a LED on the control box that indicates whether the cushion is on or off green or red and a push button to turn the cushion on off Check whether the system is on or off e Press the push button briefly The lamp indicates whether the system is on or off Red is off green is on Switching on and off e Hold the push button for 3 seconds The LED changes colour and the system is now on or off This is also indicated by an acoustic signal 2 short beeps for on 1 beep for off When someone sits down on the cushion the LED on the control box will show the status of the system Reminder function e When the system is switched off and a client is helped out of the chair the next time the chair is used the cushion is automatically switched on after 10 seconds By default the Optiseat works as follows e Switch the system on When the client gets out of the chair a beep sounds for 4 seconds adjustable to activate the client s self correcting ability If the client does not sit down again within 4 seconds a call signal will be sent to the receiver or the pager If the client does sit down within 4 seconds the beep signal stops and nothing else happens Batteries In the Optiseat only two AA 1 5V penlight batteries may be used Battery low notification When the batteries are almost empty the LED will flash red gr
