1. 3 2 UNLOADING THE COFFIN ii N This phase requires at least four operators in good physical condition j 3 Lift the coffin and re positioned as desired 4 3 3 HEIGHT ADJUSTMENT 2 o e This phase must be carried out without any weight being loaded on the device Fig D D Three different positions can be obtained High fig B ti A li D Sloping fig C Low fig D ie Before resting the coffin check to make sure the device is opened up correctly 4 4 TROUBLESHOOTING PROBLEM CAUSE REMEDY The turning system of the tressel is blocked The rubber parts do not absorb the load Excess weight loaded wearing or insufficient Clean and lubricate where necessary with the lubrication correct products if the problem is not resolved contact the assistance centre Excessive load or wearing Immediately remove the device from use and contact the service centre 5 MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING 5 1 CLEANING Wash the device with a clean cloth using mild detergents for sanitary purpose Do not use any harsh detergent or solvent of any kind If neces sary dry using a soft cloth or chammy The use of high pressure water systems will increase the probability of corrosion 5 2 MAINTENANCE 5 2 1 Precautionary Maintenance The person who carries out the precautionary maintenance of the appliance user in person manufacturer supplier or a third party has to gua rantee the following basic requirements Technical knowledge of

4. he transport itself Keep the original packaging for use in case of any further transport Damage to the appliance caused during transport and handling is not covered by the guarantee Repairs or replacement of the damaged parts are the responsibility of the client The appliance must be stored in a dry place free from humidity During storage do not place any heavy objects on top of the device it should not be used as a sup port for anything apart for its specific function 4 2 PREPARATION On receipt of the product Remove the packaging and display the material so that all components are visible Check that all the components pieces on the accompanying list are present The appliance must be checked before every use so as to reveal any working abnormalities and or damage caused by transport and or storage 4 3 FUNCTIONING Before use carefully check the following General functioning of the device Tightening of screws and bolts FA rh 4 3 1 LOADING THE COFFIN FOR USE OF THE DEVICE AS A WORK BENCH i T Fig B i t This phase requires at least four operators in good physical condition u ii 1 Position both trestles on a horizontal flat ground surface gt 2 Position the trestles at the desired height making sure that the narrow rests are facing each other The distance between the two sides must be at least 150 cm 5 3 Load the coffin on the top surface of the device making sure that the weight is evenly distribu N Fig C ted 4

7. the appliance and of the periodic maintenance procedures as described in these instructions Specific qualifications and training in the maintenance operations of the appliance in question The use of components replacement parts accessories that are either original or approved by the supplier in such a way that each operation cau ses no alteration or modification to the appliance Possession of the checklist of operations carried out on the appliance We advice that a routine check programme is completed for the following Lubrication of moving parts Tightening of screws and bolts Routine cleaning The device must be serviced by the manufacturer or by an authorised centre once a year For any operations that are not carried out directly by the manufacturer but by an authorised centre we have to underline that a report regarding all operations carried out must be requested This will permit both Spencer Italia S r l and the end user to keep a log book regarding the opera tions carried out on the device 5 2 2 Special servicing Only the manufacturer or centres with written authorisation are authorised to complete any special servicing operations For any operations that are not carried out directly by the manufacturer but by an authorised centre we have to underline that a report regar ding all operations carried out must be requested This will permit both Spencer Italia S r l and the end user to keep a log book regard
