1. gt redliSCeasy AUTOMATIC DISC REPAIR USER MANUAL rediScC Preparation of theredisc easy machine Put the machine on a stable surface Make sure there s a good air circulation around the machine Do not obstruct the ventilation fan at the bottom of the machine Plug the power cord Turn the lid clockwise to open Put the lid in its place as in the photo Vigorously shake the polish bottle How to use the redisc easy machine Unscrew the small knob Put the disc on the turntable with the label facing down Screw the knob tight Pour 500 ml of polish directly into the well Close the lid by turning it anti clockwise Turn on the machine by pressing the power button on the left side The red light on top is lit Set the timer on 5 minutes The repair process starts After 5 minutes the machine stops Open the lid take the disc out and wipe it with the microfiber cloth The disc is ready for use If scratches are still visible repeat the process maybe reducing the duration The minimum amount of polish compound is 350 400 ml If exceeding some polish will spill out of the machine If insufficient it won t cover the disc during the repair process After you have cleaned the disc with the Large Microfiber Cloth use the Cleaning Kit spray twice with the Cleaning Spray and then wipe the disc with the small blue cloth redisc WARNING the machine is new or has not2. Keep out of reach of children Do not expose to direct sunlight heat sources or excessive moist Disconnect the power plug if the machine gets hot for any reason
3. been used for a long time the strong friction of the dry pads may block the engine If it doesn t start when turning the timer please wet the pads and the disc with some polish compound and press the pad heads on their shafts Optional use of the Shining Kit Using the Shining Kit composed of the Shining Polish and the orange rubber cloth is optional The disc is ready for use and has a perfect finish In case you want it to have a mirror finish maybe because the polish compound has already been used for many repairs please follow this procedure pour a drop of Shining Polish on the disc With circular movements and a good pressure wipe the disc with the orange rubber cloth for 10 20 seconds Repeat if necessary How to use the Deep Scratches Lid optional accessory The optional lid for deep scratches lets you repair severely damaged discs fast by using more abrasive pads Put the Deep Scratches Lid on the machine Set the timer to 5 minutes When the machine stops check if the scratches have disappeared If not please repeat this phase When the scratches are no longer visible put the normal lid and polish the disc with a 2 minute process Take out the disc and wipe it with the microfiber cloth redisc s Maintenance of the abrasive pads The abrasive pads have a very long life span if used and cleaned correctly lf you see dry remains of polish compound on the pads just take them off
