Installation manual Important information and warning B W strips Energy efficiency labels Lue lis netist wwwm amp 8mal mp pumput com Ilmal mp pumppujen myynti huolto ja asennus J hdytinpalvelu RefGroup Oy 10 2 3 Installation Servicing Tools Changes in the product and components In the case of an air conditioner using R410A in order to prevent any other refrigerant from being charged accidentally the service port diameter of the outdoor unit control valve 3 way valve has been changed 1 2 UNF 20 threads per inch In order to increase the pressure resisting strength of the refrigerant piping flare processing diameter and size of opposite side of flare nuts has been changed for copper pipes with nominal dimensions 1 2 and 5 8 New tools for R410A New tools for R410A Applicable to R22 model Changes As pressure is high it is impossible to measure by means of Gauge manifold x Wa conventional gauge In order to prevent any other refrigerant from being charged each port diameter has been changed In order to increase pressure resisting strength hose materials Charge hose and port size have been changed to 1 2 UNF 20 threads per inch When purchasing a charge hose be sure to confirm the port size As pressure is high and gasification speed is fast it is difficult to read the indicated value by means of charging cylinder as air bubbles occur Electronic balance for re

Procedure 1 Perform work of item 1 in O 2 Remove screw ST1T 4 x 8L 2 pcs of the upper part of the front cabinet e If removing the inverter cover in this condition P C board can be checked e If there is no space above the unit perform work of 1 in O Be careful to check the inverter because high voltage circuit is incorporated in it 3 Perform discharging by connecting polarity by discharging resistance approx 100240W or plug of soldering iron to terminals a of the C14 printed CAUTION HIGH VOLTAGE is attached electrolytic capacitor 760uF on PC board Be careful to discharge the capacitor because the electrolytic capacitor cannot naturally discharge and voltage remains according to trouble type in some cases This capacitor is one with mass capacity Therefore it is dangerous that a large spark generates if short circuiting between polarity with screwdriver etc for discharging 4 Remove screw ST1T 4 x 8L 2 pcs fixing the main body and the inverter box 5 Remove the front cabinet by performing step 1 in and remove the fixing screws ST1T 4 x 8L for securing the main body and inverter box 6 Remove various lead wires from the holder at upper part of the inverter box 7 Pull the inverter box upward 8 Disconnect connectors of various lead wires As each connector has a lock mecha nism avoid to remove the connector by holdi
