Create Opportunity No changes made ARC Technology Ltd 2015 Important note At this stage the saved changes newly added or amended Learning Opportunities only appear in ARC PEP but students and some other PEP users only see information in ARC POW which is a separate but connected online web application You must also save the changes using the following actions in order to make them permanent and transfer them from ARC PEP to ARC POW so that the students see the most up to date profile information After creating new Learning Opportunities or saving changes in PEP go to the PEP Hosts screen In the Placement toolbar click on the Save Changes green filing drawer icon E a Q You will be given a further opportunity to decide if you want to save the changes or not If you do then click on yes save changes see screen shot 13 above 40 Screen shot 25 Students You can use this screen to search for students who have been on placement with you or have been allocated to come on placement with you in the near future This section also provides important information on individual student s NMC Good Character and Health self declaration statements Use the date fields and calendar tool to define a search range by date The calendar tool allows you to search for a date by clicking on the month and year to find another month or year or finding a preceding or following date by using the l
