1. Help page resetting your user details To log in to your account you will require a username and password If you have forgotten your login details you can easily reset them Please note that if you forgotten both your username and password you will need to reset your username first Username 1 To reset your username click on the link forgotten your username 2 You will be asked to provide the email address associated with your account 3 Once you have completed and submitted your request you will be sent an email to the mail address that you have just given us with your username and a link to the start of the login process 4 You can now login Password 1 To reset your password click on the link forgotten your password 2 Enter your user name and press submit 3 You will be sent an email with a link where you can reset your password 4 Once you have clicked on the link you will be asked to create a new password and confirm it Please note that passwords are case sensitive 5 When you have completed resetting your password the system will log you in to the Members Area and take you to the My Account section 6 For security reasons we recommend that you delete the password reset email Troubleshooting My username request failed The system did not recognise your email address as linked to your account Please check your email address again and resubmit If problem persists the information that we have for yo2. u on our database may have changed Please contact the Registrar team by email at loginenquiries lawscot org uk never received the email The emails are automatically generated and you should receive them within 10 minutes of sending the request e Occasionally emails may be interpreted as spam please check your email spam folder e Emails are sent to the email address that you submitted as part of resetting your user name Check this email address If you require any further support please email us at loginenquiries lawscot org uk Please note that we need your full name date of birth and email address as held by the Society in order to deal with your enquiry
