1. 24v DC Motor Fits silicone tube 6 4mm I D x 2 4mm wall Programmable drink shot size or free flow 2 x 5 litre disposable bag in box Installation 1 Remove cardboard packaging from machine 2 The following components should be provided with the machine Mains lead Plastic funnel Water inlet hose Anti tilt bracket 2 off thumb screws for anti tilt bracket 2 off tube clips Measuring cylinder Drip tray and grille 2 off Mixing valve assemblies Spare rings small for mixing valve Spare O rings large for mixing valve Pot of food grade silicone grease Plastic bottle full of tank water conditioner 3 Remove machine from transportation pallet by unscrewing the two thumb nuts either side of the unit 4 Locate the unit on a suitable surface with a depth of no less than 600mm no more than 1 metre from a standard 3 4 water stop valve and electrical socket Installation contd 5 Slide drip tray and grille into position in base of machine 6 Fit the mixing valve assemblies Note A small amount of food grade silicone grease provided in the installation kit should be applied to the O rings to aid assembly This should be reapplied after every cleaning 1 Disposable cap 2 Mixing chamber 3 Small O rings 4 Large O ring 5 Mixer 6 Spout Installation contd 7 Fill the water tank Without electrics or water connected remove lower rear cover 1 Pull out fill pipe 2 Remove and ret

3. ain plug in end of pipe Insert funnel 3 provided in the installation kit Pour in tank water conditioner provided in the installation kit Fill the tank with 8 5 litres of clean water If too much is inserted it 0 overflow from the tube in the front of the machine into the drip ray Remove the funnel and replace the plug into the end of the pipe Push the fill pipe back inside the machine Installation contd 8 Connect the water and electrics Remove the protective cap from threaded inlet 4 Fig 3 Connect the Mains Water Inlet Hose to threaded inlet 4 Fig 3 We recommend that a shutoff tap be fitted to allow isolation from the mains water supply when necessary Switch the water supply on and check for leaks Connect the power lead to connector 5 Fig 3 Switch on and leave for a minimum of 1 hour to stabilise temperature before calibrating the water flow rate 9 Flush through the water system Set the dispenser to Flush mode by switching from Run to Flush Switch is located in the top left hand corner of the control panel Position a suitable container under the left or right dispense nozzle as appropriate Press and hold the dispense button on the front of the door until the water flow from the nozzle is clear and free from trapped air and sanitisation fluid It is recommended that at least 1 litre of water is flushed through each dispenser on installation 10 Calibrate the wat

8. er flow rate 1 Gauge 2 Adjusting knob Installation contd 10 Calibrate the water flow contd Pull the adjusting knob 2 in the direction shown in Fig 4 until a click is heard The regulator is pre set and will only require a small adjustment With the display reading Machine Ready press and hold both the Set and 1 buttons together for 5 seconds The machine will reset and then display Calibrate Place the measuring cylinder supplied under one of the dispense _ nozzles and press any of the corresponding drinks buttons This will dispense a measured shot of water into the cylinder This should measure 200ml 2ml If the volume is incorrect correct as necessary by turning the adjusting knob clockwise to increase the volume or anti clockwise to reduce the volume Once the correct volume has been achieved push the adjusting knob back in the opposite direction to that shown in Fig 4 until a click is heard This locks the pressure regulator and prevents inadvertent adjustment of the pressure Press the Set button to exit Calibrate and return to Machine Ready Return the machine from Flush to Run mode by pressing the switch in the top left hand corner of the control panel Replace the rear cover 11 Secure the anti tilt mounting bracket in the desired location on the chosen surface using suitable fixings Fig 5 Secure the machine to the anti tilt mounting
