1. 3 Installation Mise en service Avant l installation de l quilibreur assurez vous de la solidit de l quipement sur lequel doit tre fix l quilibreur L quilibreur doit tre utilis selon les normes en vigueur en ce qui concerne les quilibreurs l outillage et les postes de travail afin d assurer un fonctionnement parfait D terminez la charge totale e Outils accessoires et longueurs des tubes et des cables port es par l quilibreur la charge totale doit se situer dans les limites des valeurs correspondantes l quilibreur e Pour permettre l quilibreur des performances maximales suspendez le au point A pour des charges allant jusqu 4 kg Dessin 1a ou une hauteur situ e au milieu de la course du c ble 11 pour des charges plus lev es e Attachez toujours la suspension de s curit S sur un support ad quate avec l accessoire adapt n utilisez jamais le support sur lequel est fix le crochet A 040871 04x2 5 Dessin 1a e Distance de chute maxi permise 100 mm e Assurez vous de la solidit du support existant e En cas de fixation du cable accessoire 21217 veillez ce qu il repose correctement prenez en consid ration la distance de chute maxi de 100 mm e Le serre cable 21215 doit pincer les deux extr mit s du c bles pos es l une sur l autre e Apr s avoir effectu le ler serrage du serre c ble fixez le avec un couple de rotation de 2 Nm recommand Ainsi2.
