WALL MOUNT INSTALLATION GUIDE 1 PARTS REFERENCE The following parts and hardware are included with this installation kit ITEM MODEL DESCRIPTION NO NO Accessories Basket SAY Mounting kit for basket i A TT AEREE Screw T M4x16 Fix the monitor Expansion screw M8x60 fix the wall panel VA onetime oe iit Screw M4x8 lt lt Fix the basket l Nylon Screw M5x10 Hex Head Cap Screw HHCS Fix the mounting plate on the M5x10 ESSERE REEERE lt a lt 2 i D arm kit 2 Assembling the Wall Mount Determine the locations of the holes to install the wall panel to fix the patient monitor Drill four 10 mm holes on the wall Align the wall panel with the holes on the wall and screw them with four M8xX60 flat expansion Screws AS SHOWN RIGHT 2 Fix the mounting kit onto the arm kit with two E M5X10 hexagon socket set screws Then fix it f T with the hand lock screw Nylon screw ensure the transition kit is locked with the mounting kit AS SHOWN RIGHT WARNING It is the responsibility of the installer to ensure that screws are not inserted too far into the display causing damage to internal components Failure to adhere to this warning could result in damage to equipment or injury to patients or personnel
