1. 3 1 3 Installation Montage Zur Installation sind die Sicherheitsvorschriften zu beachten Der Scheinwerfer darf nur Unterwasser betrieben werden Bei geringen Wattagen auch Trockenbetrieb m glich Befestigungsb gel bzw Befestigungswinkel ist entsprechend der Zeichnung 3 2 3 3 fest am Untergrund zu verschrauben hierf r sind ausschlie lich entsprechende V4A Edelstahlschrauben zu verwenden da sonst Korrosion an den Scheinwerferteilen entstehen kann NUR Silikonkabel verwenden falls nicht im Lieferumfang enthalten Zum Anschluss des Kabels den Scheinwerfer laut Zeichnung 3 1 ffnen und Glas Dichtung Reflektoreinsatz entfernen Kabelver schraubung am Scheinwerfer ffnen Druckschraube Silikondicht einsatz entfernen und ber Silikonleitung f hren in Kabelverschrau bung eindr cken und Druckschraube fest anziehen Achtung Nur Silikonleitung mit Au endurchmesser von 9 13mm verwenden andere Durchmesser durch Austausch des Silikondichteinsatzes m glich Einzelanschlussader entsprechend der Vorschriften an Anschlussklemme elektrisch anschlie en und Schutzleiterver bindung vornehmen Reflektor Leuchteneinsatz montieren und Leuchtmittel einsetzen sofern nicht im Lieferumfang Silikonflachdichtung 6 Silikonstufendichtung 5 Glasscheibe 4 Papierdichtung 3 Blendring 2 Schrauben 1 laut Zeichnung 3 1 auf Scheinwerfergeh use auflegen und kreuzweise gleichm ig verschrauben 3 4 empfo2. Installation Montage Pour l installation veuillez respecter les instructions de s curit Le projecteur doit uniquement tre utilis dans l eau Avec des wattages moins importants une utilisation hors de l eau est possible Fixer l trier de montage ainsi que l angle de montage au fond du projecteur voir dessin 3 2 3 3 pour cette installation utiliser que de vis Inox V4A pour viter le risque de corrosion S assurer du bon serrage de l ensemble Utiliser que de c ble silicone si ne d j encore livr avec Pour le raccordement du c ble au projecteur ouvrir le projecteur voir dessin 3 1 enlever le verre le joint et le r flecteur Ouvrir le presse toupe du projecteur enlever la vis de pression joint de pression tirer l ensemble sur le c ble en silicone presser ensemble dans le presse toupe et resserrer bien la vis de pression Attention Uniquement utiliser du c ble en silicone avec un diam tre ext rieur du 9 13mm autres diam tres sont possibles si on change le joint de pression Enfiler les gaines de silicone et faire le raccordement lectrique mettre la terre Monter le r flecteur et ins rer l ampoule si elle n tait d j livr e avec Poser joint en silicone 2 joint en silicone paul 3 verre 4 joint AFM en papier 5 anneau de l enjoliveur 6 et les vis 7 sur le projecteur et serrer les vis en croix et fort 3 4 moment de serrage 3 Nm voir dessin 3 1 S assurer d une pose de vis s
