O Job Job elmi SZ Saf Oa OOO OOo re de O F1 Der Endverst rker kann in Verbindung mit einem Vor oder Vollverstarker bzw Receiver der R Serie fernbe dient werden Die Funktionsweise der Fernbedienung innerhalb einer R Anlage ist in der Bedienungsanleitung des Masterge r tes erl utert Die Fernbedienung F1 muss auf HiFi Bedienung ge schaltet sein dazu die Wippe so oft antippen bis die LED Anzeige ber HiFi leuchtet bzw Dieser Taster schaltet den Lautsprecher Ausgang HA bzw ein oder aus nur F1 Dieser Taster schaltet die Lautsprecher Ausg nge A und 4 gemeinsam aus Die eingeschaltete R Anlage wird durch diesen Taster in den Standby Betrieb geschaltet Damit schaltet auch der Endverst rker in den Standby Betrieb Diese Betriebsart wird angezeigt durch die weiterhin leuchtende gr ne Betriebsanzeige oberhalb des Con Tasters an der Ger tefront des Vor Vollverst rkers oder Receivers innerhalb einer R Anlage Die Leistungsaufnahme ist im Standby Betrieb erheblich reduziert R Anlage in den Standby Betrieb schalten Taster so lange gedr ckt halten bis alle Ger te der R Anlage in den Standby Betrieb abgeschaltet haben Der Vor Vollverst rker bzw Receiver schaltet als letztes Gerat nach ca 4 Sekunden in den Standby Betrieb Einschalten einer R Anlage Zum Wied

CD Drawer is supplied with the new T A damping cones This feet feature internal damping qualities which effectively de couple the unit from the base surface Note If the base surface is uneven you can screw the standard feet in or out to set the unit exactly level adjustable damping cones All units must be adjusted so that they are exactly horizontal in all directions Check that all feet make solid contact with the base surface i e that there is absolutely no tendency for the unit to wobble 29 Wiring variants Bi Wiring see Appendix A 3 The term Bi Wiring refers to an alternative method of wiring up loudspeakers in which separate speaker leads are used to carry the signals for the bass range and the mid range high frequency range This system can only be used if your loudspeakers are fitted with bi wiring terminals It is essential to remove the bridging jumpers at the terminals As the example wiring diagram shows the unit is designed so that you can use the optimum type of cable for each frequency range Bridged MONO wiring see Appendix A 4 The amplifier is connected to one channel of the pre amplifier via the XLR or phono input in the example shown the XLR input is used It therefore receives a MONO signal The pre amplifier s other output channel must then be connected to a second amplifier Only one loudspeaker can be connected to output KA Its nominal impedance

Kopfh rer mit einer Impedanz von mindestens 50 Kopfh rerbuchse Hinweis Sehr lautes dauerhaftes H ren von Programmmaterial ber Ohr oder Kopfh rer kann zum dauerhaften Verlust des H rverm gens f hren Beugen Sie Gesundheitssch den vor und vermeiden Sie dauerhaftes H ren mit hoher Lautst rke ber Kopf oder Ohrh rer Hinweis Die Leuchtdioden ber den Tastern und arbeiten ebenfalls als PROTECTION Indikatoren Die PROTECTION Schaltung bietet einen hervor ragenden Schutz gegen nahezu jede Form der ber lastung indem sie das Eingangssignal vor der Endstufe mit dem Ausgangssignal vergleicht und dieses bei gerin gen Abweichungen sofort abschaltet Dadurch werden die angeschlossenen Lautsprecher sehr wirkungsvoll vor Besch digung durch Clipping oder andere signalverformende Fehler gesch tzt Zus tzlich sind Schutzschaltungen gegen Kurzschluss und berhitzung vorhanden Wenn eine St rung auftritt so wird das Ausgangssignal abgeschaltet und die Leuchtdioden ber den Tastern und blinken abwechselnd In diesem Fall ist sofort die Lautst rke des Verst rkers herabzusetzen Nach etwa 20 Sekunden schaltet sich der Verst rker wieder ein und die Leuchtdioden h ren auf zu blinken Falls sich der Verst rker nach dieser Zeit nicht wieder einschaltet so besteht m glicherweise ein Kurzschluss in den Lautsprecher Zuleitungen oder der Verst rker ist zu hei geworden und sollte ggf l nge

10. and the unit s feet at a non visible point The surround receiver should be placed on a rigid level base When placing the unit on resonance absorbers or de coupling components make sure that they do not compromise the stability of the unit The receiver should be set up in a dry well ventilated site out of direct sunlight and away from radiators The unit must not be located close to heat producing objects or devices or anything which is heat sensitive or highly inflammable Any heat build up will shorten the life of the unit and could be a source of danger When installing the unit on a shelf or in a cupboard it is essential to provide an adequate flow of cooling air to ensure that the heat produced by the unit is dissipated effectively For this reason there must be at least 10 cm free space to both sides and behind the units There must also be 10 cm free space above the top unit to the next shelf or cupboard section R series devices dissipate some heat through the case cover For this reason any devices of a different make must stand on feet at least 2 cm high if they are to be stacked on an series T A unit see drawing alongside MoO o o 28 Notes on connections e Be sure to push all plugs firmly into their sockets Loose connections can cause
