1. 3 Commissioning The start up and switch off represents always a special situation According to the geometry of the pipe and the conduct of the process appropriate steps must be taken in order to lead the installation process safely and controlled into the planned working process At no time the maximum permissible service conditions must be infringed For strainers these are nominal pressure working temperature flow rate and differential pressure over the screen Immediately after the initial operation or after modification strainers should be controlled see point 4 because the screen may be damaged if any unexpected dirt occurs 4 Maintenance ATTENTION Only at pressure less system and chilled medium If the screen is dirty it must be cleaned in time in particular at new plants For this purpose the cover the gasket and the screen must be taken off by loosening the cover screws The screen must be cleaned before assembly After cleaning the screen must be dried with compressed air The intervals in which the screen should be cleaned depends on how much dirt is in the pipe Reference The filter effect of the series standard screen can be corrected by an additional fine screen Before installation gasket and screen must be checked on damages In case of damages these parts must be replaced by new ones When the screen is re installed the following things must be done cover gasket must be put into the connection piece cent2. end einen st rungsfreien Betrieb zu gew hrleisten Die max zul ssigen Betriebsbedingungen d rfen niemals au er Acht gelassen werden Bei Schmutzf ngern handelt es sich dabei um Nenndruck Betriebstemperatur Durchflussrate und Differenzdruck ber das Sieb 3 2 Umgehend nach der ersten Inbetriebnahme bzw nach Wiederinbetriebnahme sind die Schmutzf nger zu kontrollieren siehe Punkt 4 da bei unerwarteter Schmutzentwicklung das Sieb besch digt werden k nnte 4 Wartung Instandhaltung ACHTUNG Nur bei drucklosem System und abgek hltem Medium 4 1 Bei Verschmutzung ist das Sieb rechtzeitig zu reinigen insbesondere bei neuen Anlagen 4 2 Zu diesem Zweck ist durch L sen der Deckelschrauben der Deckel mit Dichtung und Sieb abzunehmen 4 3 Das Sieb ist vor dem Zusammenbau zu reinigen 4 4 Nach dem Reinigen ist das Sieb mit Druckluft zu trocknen 4 5 Wie oft das Sieb gereinigt werden muss h ngt davon ab wie viel Schmutz sich in der Rohrleitung befindet Hinweis Die Filterwirkung des serienm igen Normalsiebes kann durch ein zus tzliches Feinsieb verbessert werden 4 6 Vor dem Zusammenbau Dichtung und Sieb auf Besch digungen pr fen Beschadigte Teile sind auszuwechseln 4 7 Beim Wiedereinbau des Siebes sind folgende Punkte zu beachten Deckeldichtung zentrisch einsetzen Deckel aufsetzen und darauf achten dass das Sieb dabei spannungslos ist Muttern gleichm ig und kreuzweise anziehen Schmutzf nger mit CE Ken
