SYSTEMS 4 ENGINEERING gt THAT MOVES THE WORLD WALTERSCHEID 3 1 2 ZWL 30 e Den Klappstecker des ZWL Bolzens l sen und den Bolzen aus der Lagerung herausziehen Das Gelenklager an der Lenkstange in das Maul der ZWL30 bringen Den Bolzen in das Maul und das Gelenklager schieben e Mit dem Klappstecker sichern 3 2 Abkuppeln Die Handhabung ist genau umgekehrt zu 3 1 vorzunehmen 4 WARTUNG Die Kugel 50 und der Bolzen 30 sind regelm ig vor allem nach der Reinigung mit einem Hochdruckreini ger mit wasserbest ndigem Mehrzweckfett zu schmieren In regelm igen Abst nden sollte der Niederhalter der Kugel komplett herausgezogen und der in der Lage rung befindliche Schmutz beseitigt werden Hierzu sind vorher der die Niederhalterbolzen herauszuziehen Anschlie end ist die Lagerung neu zu fetten Austausch der Kugel 50 Die Kugel muss ausgetauscht werden wenn der Kugeldurchmesser an irgendeiner Stelle im Durchmesser kleiner als 49 mm geworden ist Der Austausch ist ausschlie lich durch eine Fachwerkstatt vorzunehmen Betr gt das H henspiel der gekuppelten Kugel 50 mehr als 1 5 mm und der Niederhalter l sst sich nicht mehr nachstellen sind auch entsprechende Teile wie Niederhalter oder Kalotte auszutauschen Die Mutter M30 unter der Kugel l sen Die Kugel von unten unter einer geeigneten Presse ausdr cken e Die neue Kugel zentrieren und ebenfalls mittels einer Presse bis zum Anschlag eindr cken M

9. pling 3 1 1 ZWL 50 Remove the grip clip of the retainer pin and pull out the pin e Swing the retainer through 90 into the lateral position e Move the ball type trailer shank at the steering rod over the ball 50 e Swing the retainer back so that it is above the ball type trailer shank Secure with the retainer pin and the grip clip AEN gt GKN LAND SYSTEMS 8 ENGINEERING gt THAT MOVES THE WORLD WALTERSCHEID 3 1 2 ZWL 30 e Remove the linch pin of the locking pin and pull it out Put the hinge bearing at the steering rod into the opening of ZWL30 e Push the bolt into the hole of the support and the hinge bearing Secure with the grip clip 3 2 Uncoupling The execution works vice versa according to point 3 1 4 MAINTENANCE The ball 50 and the bolt 30 must be lubricated with water resistant multi purpose grease at regular inter vals especially after cleaning with a pressure washer The retainer should be pulled out completely at regular intervals depending on the schedule density and any dirt in the bearing has to be eliminated The retainer pin must be removed beforehand for this purpose Subsequently re grease the bearing Replacing the ball 50 The ball has to be replaced when the ball diameter has become less than 49 mm at any point Replacement may only be performed by a specialist workshop If the vertical play of the hitched coupling exceeds 1 5 mm and the retainer is not adjustable any
