2. nach rechts gedreht werden bis die Druck und Drehfeder Dim Schwenkhaken einf delt Anschlie end den Schwenkhaken gleichzeitig zur ck in Fahrtrichtung drehen und herunterdr cken bis er wieder in seiner Grundstellung siehe Bild auf Seite 1 steht Heruntergedr ckt halten und die Gewindestifte mit Loctite bis zum Anschlag eindrehen und dann eine Umdrehung zur ck Beim Einbau ist darauf zu achten dass der Wellendichtring nicht besch digt wird Ist der Grenzdurchmesser 41 5 mm am Piton gemessen 15 mm oberhalb der Piton Sattelplatte erreicht mu der Pitonbock ausgetauscht werden Zur komfortablen Kontrolle der Verschlei grenze kann die sepa rat erh ltliche Walterscheid Pr flehre herangezogen werden Der Austausch darf ausschlie lich vom Geneh mi gungsinhaber oder einer durch den Genehmigungsinhaber autorisierten Fachwerkstatt erfolgen Betr gt das H henspiel zwischen Piton und Niederhalter Schwenkhaken mehr als 5 mm sind entsprechen de Teile wie Niederhalter Schwenkhaken oder Pitonbock auszutauschen 4 1 Sicherheitstechnische Hinweise e Der Anwender ist verpflichtet den Pitonbock immer nur in einwandfreiem Zustand zu betreiben und die Benutzung durch Unbefugte zu untersagen e Die auf dem Typenschild angegebenen Belastungen d rfen nicht berschritten werden e Eigenm chtige Umbauten und Ver nderungen an der Verbindungseinrichtung sind nicht gestattet gt EXPECT gt MORE GKN LAND SYSTEMS 5 WALTERSCHEID PITONBOC

Position schwenken e Die Zugvorrichtung mit der Zug se ber den Piton bringen e Die Zugvorrichtung mittels Deichselst tze o Vorrichtung absenken e Den Niederhalter zuriick in Fahrtrichtung schwenken so dass er ber dem Piton steht e Mit dem Niederhalterbolzen G und dem Federstecker sichern 3 2 ABKUPPELN e Den Anh nger mittels St tzf en Unterlegkeilen o gegen Wegrollen sichern e Den Federstecker des Niederhalterbolzens G sen und den Niederhalterbolzen entfernen e Den Niederhalter um 90 in die seitliche Position schwenken e Die Zugdeichsel mittels Deichselst tze hochfahren e Zugfahrzeug nach vorne bewegen e Den Niederhalter 2 in Fahrtrichtung schwenken und mit dem Niederhalterbolzen 6 und dem Federstecker sichern 3 2 Schnellverschlu siehe auch Bild 3 3 2 1 Einkuppeln e Den Ausl ser dr cken und den Schwenkhaken nach links drehen Den Ausl ser wieder freigeben und den Schwenkhaken weiterdrehen bis er bei der 90 Stellung einrastet e Die Zugvorrichtung mit der Zug se ber den Piton bringen e Die Zugvorrichtung mittels Deichselst tze o Vorrichtung absenken e Den Ausl ser dr cken so dass der Schwenkhaken durch die R ckstellfeder O zur ck in Fahrtrichtung schwenkt so dass er ber dem Piton steht 3 2 2 Abkuppeln e Den Anh nger mittels St tzf en o gegen Wegrollen sichern e Den Ausl ser 2 dr cken und den Schwenkhaken nach links dre

ID Bild 1 2 MONTAGE siehe Bild 1 WICHTIGER HINWEIS Beim Einbau der Kupplung sind die einschlagigen Bestimmungen z B UVV Fahrzeuge sowie die Anbau richtlinien der Fahrzeughersteller zu beachten ANBAU DER ANHANGEKUPPLUNG Auf die Pflichten des 13 FZV hinsichtlich der Daten in der Zulassungsbescheinigung in Bezug auf die zu l ssige Anh ngelast sowie auf die zul ssige St tzlast wird hingewiesen MONTAGE e Eine evtl vorhandene Durchfallsicherung im Ahb Schraube M12 Spannstift o entfernen e Die Klappstecker der seitlichen Absteckbolzen G l sen und die Bolzen herausnehmen e Den Kugelbock in die F hrungsleisten des jeweiligen Anh ngebocks einschieben e Auf der gew nschten Position mittels der seitlichen Absteckbolzen G beidseitig fixieren e Die Absteckbolzen mit den Klappsteckern sichern e Die F hrungsschiene des Kugelbocks 120 mm darf sowohl oben als auch unten nicht ber die F h rungsnuten des Anh ngebocks herausstehen 3 BEDIENUNG Beim Ein und Auskuppeln sind die Vorschriften der Berufsgenossenschaft zu beachten Es darf niemand zwischen den Fahrzeugen stehen 3 1 MANUELLER NIEDERHALTER SIEHE BILD 2 Ze gt GKN LAND SYSTEMS 3 EXPECT gt MORE WALTERSCHEID PITONBOCK PB5300 3 1 1 Einkuppeln e Den Federstecker 6 des oberen Niederhalterbolzens 5 l sen und den Bolzen aus der Lagerung heraus ziehen e Den Niederhalter um 90 in die seitliche

7. he grip clip Check the correct fit of the grip clip 3 2 UNCOUPLING e Use supporting jacks or similar to stop the trailer rolling away e Remove the grip clip of the retainer pin G and pull out the retainer pin e Pivot the retainer through 90 into the lateral position e Raise the ball type trailer shank by means of the drawbar support e Move the tractor forwards e Pivot the retainer into the direction of travel and secure it with the retainer pinG and the grip clip Check the correct fit of the grip clip 3 3 Quick closure see fig 3 3 2 1 Coupling e Press the lock pin 2 and pivot the retainer to the left direction Release the lock pin again and pivot the retainer through 90 into the lateral position where it engages e Move the trailer ring over the piton e Lower the trailer ring drawbar by means of the drawbar support or a similar device e Press the lock pin 12 so that the the reset spring C causes the retainer to swivels back in driving direction and to engage over the Piton 3 3 2 Uncoupling e Use supporting jacks or similar to stop the trailer rolling away e Press the lock pin and pivot the retainer 2 to the left Release the lock pin again and pivot the retainer through 90 into the lateral position where it engages e Raise the trailer ring drawbar by means of the drawbar support or a similar device e Move the tractor forwards e The retainer may stay in the lateral p
8. hen Den Ausl ser wieder freigeben und den Schwenkhaken weiterdrehen bis er bei der 90 Stellung einrastet e Die Zugdeichsel mittels Deichselst tze hochfahren e Zugfahrzeug nach vorne bewegen e Der Schwenkhaken 2 kann in der 90 Stellung bleiben bis erneut gekuppelt wird Eu gt GKN LAND SYSTEMS 4 EXPECT gt MORE WALTERSCHEID 4 WARTUNG siehe Bild 1 Die F hrungen des Pitonbocks sind regelm ig vor allem nach der Reinigung mit einem Hochdruckreiniger mit wasserbest ndigem Mehrzweckfett zu schmieren Manueller Niederhalter Aufgrund des geringen Spiels zwischen Niederhalter und Lagerung wird es kaum zu Verschmutzungen kom men Falls dies doch der Fall sein sollte muss der Niederhalter komplett herausgezogen werden Nun kann die Lagerh lse gereinigt werden Nach der Reinigung wird der Niederhalter wieder eingesetzt zuvor die Lagerung leicht fetten Den Niederhalter wie unter 3 1 beschrieben sichern Schnellverschlu Aufgrund des geringen Spiels zwischen Schwenkhaken und Lagerung sowie der Abdichtung durch den Radialwellendichtring sowie dem X Ring im Ausl ser O wird es kaum zu Verschmutzungen kommen Falls dies doch der Fall sein sollte m ssen die Gewindestifte 0 herausgedreht werden um den Schwenk haken 2 herausnehmen zu k nnen Nach der Reinigung mu der Schwenkhaken zun chst in Fahrtrichtung eingesetzt werden Wellendichtring fetten der Ausl ser gedr ckt und gleichzeitig der Schwenkhaken 90
