Dichtig keit zu berpr fen Generell ist darauf zu achten dass kein Ol in den Boden in das Grund und Oberfl chenwasser oder in die Kanalisa tion gelangt Getriebe und Getriebemotoren au er F Getriebe sind bei der Auslieferung be triebsfertig mit Ol bef llt Standardm ig wird mineralisches l verwendet Niemals mineralische mit synthetischen Schmiermitteln mischen Die Lage des Entl ftungsventils sowie der Olstandsschraube und der Ablass schraube sind bauformabh ngig und den Darstellungen der F llmengen zu ent nehmen Kapitel 9 30 Change oil e Switch off and lock out the Geared Motor Take precautions to prevent accidental restarting Burns hazard Motor surfaces are hot The oil should be warmed at operating temperature Warm oil drains more easily than cold oil e Place a container of suitable capaci ty under the drain screw e Remove the vent valve the oil level screw and the drain screw e Allow the oil to drain off completely e Refit the drain screw e Fil the unit with the new oil as specified in the lubricant table Fill the unit through the vent valve hole Check the quantity of the oil re quired in the lubricant table e Hefit and tighten the vent valve and the oil level screw At each oil change you should also check all seals and screws for leaks Check that there is no oil on the floor Take precautions to prevent oil getting into the ground and surface wat
