3. adestr me Unterschreiten Sie niemals die Entladeschlussspannung des Akkus Tiefentladung f hrt zur irreparablen Besch digung des Akkus ffnen Sie auf keinen Fall den Akkupack oder einzelne Zellen des Packs e Vermeiden Sie Kurzschluss Verpolung und berladung des Akkus Der Akku ist kein Spielzeug und darf von Kindern unter 14 Jahren nur unter Aufsicht benutzt werden Eltern haften f r Ihre Kinder Besch digungen der Aussenh lle machen den Akku unbrauchbar Seien Sie daher im Umgang mit dem Akku vorsichtig und bauen Sie in so in Ihr Modell ein dass bei einem Crash oder Absturz der Akku mechanisch nicht verformt werden kann LADUNG Der Robitronic LiPo Akku kann mit einem maximalen Ladestrom von 1C Nennkapazit t geladen werden Verwenden Sie nur spezielle Ladeger te die f r die Ladung von LiPo Akkus vorgesehen wurden Diese arbeiten nach dem Konstantstrom Konstantspannungsprinzip CC CV Der Akku wird dabei zuerst mit dem eingestellten Ladestrom geladen bis die Ladeschlussspannung erreicht ist Danach regelt das Ladeger t den Ladestrom zur ck bis der Akku komplett geladen ist Dies ist bei einem Strom von ca 0 1 C erreicht LiPo Akkus haben keinen Memory Effekt und fast keine Selbstentladung Sie k nnen den Akku also jederzeit nachladen und m ssen ihn vorher nicht entladen Der Akku erw rmt sich bei der Ladung normalerweise fast nicht Die Ladeschlussspannung betr gt 4 2 V pro Zelle Bei einem 2S 2 Ze
4. all den Akku und l ten direkt an den Zellen ENTLADUNG Es muss darauf geachtet werden dass sich der Akku bei der Entladung nicht ber 60 C erw rmt Die Entladeschlussspannung dieses Akkus liegt bei 2 8 V pro Zelle Sinkt die Akkuspannung unter diesen Wert ab bzw sinkt die Spannung einer einzelnen Zelle unter 2 8 V ab wird der Akku bzw die Zelle unwiderruflich besch digt Es wird daher dringend geraten einen elektronischen Fahrtenregler mit LiPo Funktion zu verwenden der entsprechend fr h zur ckregelt und den Akku damit sch tzt Achten Sie ausserdem darauf das Modell sofort zu stoppen wenn Sie einen massiven Leistungsverlust feststellen Lassen Sie den Akku nach der Entladung in Ruhe ausk hlen bevor sie ihn ein weiteres Mal einsetzen LAGERUNG LiPo Akkus k nnen problemlos einige Zeit gelagert werden Durch die sehr geringe Selbstentladung der Zellen nehmen sie dadurch keinen Schaden Es sollte jedoch darauf geachtet werden dass sich mindestens 20 der Gesamtkapazit t im Akku befindet Wenn Sie den Akku l nger als ein halbes Jahr lagern wollen sollten Sie vorher ca 50 der Gesamtkapazit t in den Akku laden Dann stellt selbst eine so lange Lagerung kein Problem dar Wird der Akku im leeren Zustand f r l ngere Zeit gelagert sinkt die Zellenspannung unter die Entladeschlussspannung ab und der Akku wird unbrauchbar Achten Sie auch bei regelm iger Verwendung des Akkus immer darauf dass sich immer Restkapazitat i

6. elow about 0 1 C LiPo batteries have no memory effect and a very little self discharge So you can recharge the battery at any time It is not necessary to discharge the battery before charging it Please also note that the battery normally do not get very warm while charging The maximum charging voltage is 4 2 V per cell As this pack has 2 cells in series the maximum charging voltage of this pack is 8 4 V This voltage must not be exceeded Use a balancer while charging The balancer matches the voltages of the single cells inside the pack and so makes sure that each single cell in the pack is not overcharged This battery can be used multiple times a day You only have to make sure that the battery is cooled down to ambient temperature before charging it again Following settings are strongly recommended max charging current 1C for example 6A for the LiPo 6000 pack max charging voltage 4 2 V per cell e min discharge cut off voltage 2 8 V per cell CONNECTORS The Robitronic LiPo battery pack is already delivered with the right power cables as well as an power plug and an balancer port if more than 1 cell For normal charging and discharging the power cables have to be used It is not allowed to do this over the balancing port because the width of the cables is much thinner The balancing port must only be used with a special designed balancer Please check the instruction manual of your balancer to avoid reverse polar
7. ity before you connect the battery to the balancer For normal operation inside the model the balancing port is not used Even so it is not allowed to remove it If you want to change the power plug you have to do that direct on the cable Do not open the battery pack and solder direct to the cells Furthermore you have to use a high amp reverse polarity protected connection system DISCHARGE You should take care that the battery does not get warmer than 60 C 140 F while discharging The minimum cut off voltage of this battery pack is 2 8 V per cell If the voltage of the pack gets below this value or if the voltage of a single cell gets below 2 8 V the pack or the cell is damaged permanently Thus we recommend strongly to use a electronic speed controller with LiPo function because these speedos protect the battery from deep discharging Please also stop your model immediately if you notice a loss in power Please also make sure to let the battery pack enough time to cool down to ambient temperature before charging it again STORAGE LiPo batteries can be stored over a longer period without problems Because of the very low self discharge the cells will not suffer from that However you should make sure that the charge state of the battery is around 20 or higher If you want to store the battery about half a year or longer you should charge the battery to about 50 of the nominal capacity Then such a long storage period is also no pro
8. llen in Serie Pack betr gt die Ladeschlussspannung also 8 4 V Diese darf auf keinen Fall berschritten werden Verwenden Sie einen Balancer zum Laden Der Balancer gleicht die Ladezust nde der einzelnen Zellen an und sorgt dadurch daf r dass die einzelnen Zellen im Pack nicht berladen werden Der Akku kann mehrmals am Tag verwendet werden Er sollte jedoch vor jeder Ladung auf Umgebungstemperatur abgek hlt sein Folgende Einstellungen werden dringend empfohlen max Ladestrom 1C z B 6A beim 6000er LiPo Pack max Ladeschlussspannung 4 2 V pro Zelle min Entladeschlussspannung 2 8 V pro Zelle ANSCHL SSE Der Robitronic LiPo Akku wird fertig mit entsprechendem Power Kabel und Anschlussstecker sowie eines Balancer Anschlusses ab 2 Zellen geliefert F r die normale Ladung bzw Entladung muss das Power Kabel verwendet werden Dies darf nicht ber den Balancer Anschluss erfolgen da hier der Kabelquerschnitt erheblich geringer ist Der Balancer Anschluss darf nur f r den Anschluss an einen geeigneten Balancer verwendet werden Bitte berpr fen Sie in der Anleitung des Balancers die richtige Belegung der einzelnen Kabel bevor Sie den Akku mit dem Balancer verbinden Der Balancer Anschluss wird also im normalen Betrieb im Modell nicht verwendet Er darf trotzdem auf keinen Fall entfernt werden Falls Sie das Stecksystem am Power Kabel wechseln wollen m ssen Sie das direkt am Kabel tun Offnen Sie auf keinen F
