OK 5129H ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTION DIVINE DESIGNS 1 INDOOR USE ONLY Oa 2 REPLACE THE BULB AFTER THE BULB GETS COOL Assembly steps Step 1 Hang crystal strand in SA hole 44 J ie ee K l Step 2 Screw screw E through nut D glass C and metal plate A2 Secure with nut F ES am G Step 3 Screw bulb M into Ana socket A3 li Step 4 Mount shade B on threaded oe bolt Al and secure with finial loop G Step 5 Screw loop G into tube I Step 6 Loosen screw J and pass canopy K over tube I Step 7 Screw loop L into tube I Step 8 Pass the main wire through loop G canopy K tube I and loop L Step 9 Attach each end link H of chain to finial loops G and G step 10 Connect wire to the power supply cord Step 11 Raise canopy K to ceiling and secure by tightening screw J Step 12 Hang loop L onto hook on ceiling Dy ee 0 D a FIR v After completed above instructions please check once over to ensure safety Then you may turn power on If external cable or cord is damaged it should be replaced by a qualified person to avoid hazard
