FAN FORCED ELECTRIC UTILITY HEATER Model LH 875A o C c 5 C Z a Do A T STE Intertek FEATURES e Instant Convection Heat Fan Forced e Two heat selector switch 1300 and 1500 watts e Temperature control thermostat Rugged all steel cabinet INTENDED USE This product is intended only for indoor residential and office use not for industrial or other commercial use Use only with electrical wiring is in good working order and that meet applicable codes and ordinances if you have any questions about the adequacy of your wiring consult a qualified electrician Use your heater only with a smoke detector that is in proper working order In using your heater you should follow the IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS listed below as part of those instructions we have used the word WARNING and CAUTION to indicate the level of hazard WARNING indicates a hazard which if not avoided could result in death or injury AWARNING IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS When using electric appliances basic safely precautions should always be followed to reduce the risk of fire electric shock and injury to persons including the following e Read all the instructions before using this heater e Use this heater only as described in this manual Any other use not recommended by the manufact2. of grounded heaters shall include the following or equivalent wording In the case of a heater rated for a nominal 120 volts This heater is for use on 120 volts The cord has a plug as shown at A in below figure An adapter as show at C is available for connecting three blade grounding type plugs to two slot receptacles The green grounding lug extending from the adapter must be connected to a permanent ground such as a properly grounded outlet box The adapter should not be used if a three slot grounded receptacle is available ADAPTER y OD METAL SCREW GROUNDING T E C MEANS COVER OF GROUNDED y OUTLET BOX D GROUNDING PIN A B AA210 CAUTION indicates a hazard which if not avoided could result in damage to the product or other ACAUTION How to use e Plug cord into any 120Volt 60HZ outlet eRotate the thermostat control knob clockwise to high position Set the wall age selector switch to desired position use 1500watt setting to raise the temperature quickly for reduced output flip the selector switch to 1300Watts e Slowly turn the thermostat knob counter clockwise until the heater shut off The heater will automatically maintain this temperature for a lower temperature rotate the knob further counter clockwise For a higher temperature rotate the knob clockwise Power light remains on when the heater power supply cord is plugged into an electrical outlet note the p
