1. cam bolts the shoulder should be flush with the surface If using an electric screwdriver be careful not to over tighten the Cam bolt this can cause damage Cam bolt Flush Cam bolt not Flush Shoulder How to use Cam Locks Cam locks should be inserted into their designated holes with the arrow pointing to the nearest edge The coordinating Cam bolt will be inserted into the Cam lock Using the allen wrench or a flat head screwdriver tighten the Cam locks until you feel resistance Over tightening the Cam lock may break the cam lock AlletXWrench Cam bolt Page 4 11 1 Fill the middle holes on Bottom Panel 2 Side Panel 3 amp 4 and Fixed Panel 5 1 4 with Glue E Then insert Wood Dowels D Screw Cam bolts A into the threaded holes in Top Panel 1 See figure below Page 5 11 2 Attach Bottom Panel 2 and Fixed Panel 5 to Side Panel 3 amp 4 with Allen Bolts G through Lock Washers H and Flat Washers I by Allen Wrench F 3 Attach Top Panel 1 to Side Panels 3 amp 4 with Cam locks B by Allen Wrench F Cover all Cam Locks B with Covers C See figure below Page 6 11 9 Attach the drawer as figure shows Install the Hand Pull J to the drawer face with Blot K by screwdriver See figure below Page 7 11 5 Place Shelf Support L into the holes on Side Panel 3 amp 4 Place Adjustable Shelf 6 onto the Supports L See fi2.
