A SCREW GLASS SUPPORT HEX SCREW FIG 5 INSTALLING THE SIDE PANEL SUPPORT Install the wall connector 1 approximately two thirds for the wall SEE FIG 6 Ft Install the structural arm 2 to the 1 L ssa wall connector Mark a hole on the wall for the mounting screw Move the wall connector aside Drill hole into the wall and place a plastic anchor 17 into the hole Bene Move the wall connector back into a MALJA place Screw into wall with 1 1 8 screws 14 Tighten all hex screws MODEL VG06012 http www vigoindustries com INSTALLING THE WATER SEAL STRIP ee eer a Clean all glass panel edges receiving seal strips with rubbing alcohol SEE FIG 7 Cut seal strips 6 10 13 according to seal strip diagram FIG 7 Verify that the seal strip lips are facing toward the inside of the cabin Install seal strips according to seal strip diagram FIG 7 HINGE OUTLINE 13 FIG 7 SEAL STRIP INSTALLATION MODEL VG06012 http www vigoindustries com INSTALLING THE HINGE 1 866 591 7792 Clean the glass surface where the hinges 8 are to be installed with rubbing alcohol Screw the metal plate to the hinge with a washer on each side of the panel using the hex key supplied SEE FIG 8 G INSTALLING THE DOOR WARNING DOOR PANEL INSTALLATION REQUIRES TWO OR MORE PEOPLE TO ASSIST Position the door 3 onto the hinges Place the door on the bottom rail 9 Align the do2. PANEL DOOR PANEL SIDE GLASS PANEL PANEL DOOR DOOR RIGHT CORNER LEFT CORNER INSTALLATION INSTALLATION FIG 1A GLASS CONFIGURATION DIAGRAM MODEL VG06012 http www vigoindustries com 1 866 591 7792 PREPARATION STEPS TO FOLLOW BEFORE INSTALLATION Remove the plastic layer from the base border if needed Do NOT remove the plastic layer off the plastic platform of the base Properly apply silicone to the wall and base joints 5 IMPORTANT To prevent damage to the finish vou should protect the shower cabin bottom with a cardboard protector before beginning the installation Ensure that there is sufficient structural support behind the shower wall to hold the weight of the shower door If there is insufficient support then reinforce the shower walls with wooden studs prior to shower door installation SEE FIG 1 INSTALLATION STEPS A INSTALLING THE BOTTOM RAIL CAUTION TO ALLEVIATE WATER BUILD UP IN THE TOP PORTION OF THE RAIL IT IS RECOMMENDED TO DRILL SMALL HOLES ON THE TOP INSIDE PORTION Slide the corner joint 11 onto the bottom rail 9 SEE FIG 2 Place the bottom rail 9 with the corner joint 11 to the desired position on the shower base see page 3 for proper A and B distances Make sure A and B are correct and plum Seal the underside of the bottom rail with clear silicone Center the rail sides to the base according A and B measurements Apply silicone to 3 4 screw 16 threads SEE

TANCE OF A SECOND PERSON TO INSTALL THE DOOR UNIT INSTALLATION OF THE SHOWER DOORS BY AN INEXPERIENCED PERSON MAY RESULT IN GLASS BREAKAGE AND CONSEQUENTLY CAUSE PERSONAL INJURY OR DEATH BEFORE STARTING Compare items on your invoice with what you have received Carefully review the Packing List on page 2 If any items are missing contact Vigo Industries at 1 866 591 7792 REQUIRED TOOLS Square and or Phillips 1 and 2 screwdriver Flat head screwdriver Electric drill plus 1 8 3 16 or 7 32 drill bit depending on wall Level Measuring tape Pencil non permanent HB Clear silicone caulking Utility knife WARNING Handle fragile items with care to prevent injury or material damage Glass on panels and doors is tempered glass and must never be cut to prevent personal injury 5 IMPORTANT Fiberglass or acrylic construction might not be sufficiently strong enough to support the shower door enclosure You should use the wood framing from behind the face edge of the stall to provide a secure mounting to the door Apply a bead of silicone between the walls and base of the stall e For optimum performance vou should install the shower door perfectiv level on a level surface IMPORTANT THE CLEAR GLASS MODEL HAS A REVERSIBLE DOOR AND CAN BE INSTALLED TO THE RIGHT OR LEFT SIDE THE TEXTURED SIDE OF THE MATTE GLASS UNIT SHOULD ALWAVS BE INSTALLED ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE UNIT SEE CONFIGURATION DIAGRAM BELOW SIDE GLASS DOOR
