INSTRUCTIONS PF40 5LPA CH PF61 5LPA CH NA KENDAL i PF41 5LPA CH PF62 5LPA CH eK LIGHTING INC PF42 5LPA CH PF43 5LPA CH Safety Instructions CAUTION All electrical connections should be done by a qualified electrician Follow and save these instructions Always disconnect power at circuit breaker or unplug from wall outlet before servicing Warning Replace with lamps suitable for use in open fixture Unpack your fixture you should have the following items A Mounting plate B Canopy C Cap nut 2PCS D G9 50W bulb 5PCS E glass shade 5PCS Parts bag 1 Anchor 2PCS 2 screws 2PCS 3 Wire nuts 3PCS 4 Tool 2PCS Mounting plate Attach the mounting plate to junction box with screws T iT _ screws l l Before installation to ceiling adjust fixtures to desired length by pushing wire up into canopy then coiling up excess wire minor adjustment can be made after installation To lower or lengthen wire depress button sleeve located where wire comes out of canopy Wire gripper Connect the GROUND WIRE from junction box to GROUND with from fixture by using a wire nut Or attach them to the mounting plate with a green ground screw Connect the NEUTRAL Neutral wire WIRE from junction box to NEUTRAL or WHITE wire from fixture with a wire nut Connect the LINE WIRE from junction box to LINE or BLACK wire from fixture with a wire nut Ground wire Copper or green Attach the canopy to the mounting plate wi2. th screws provided Install the G9 SOW bulb Install the glass on the lampholder Do not over tighten Glass shade
