ASSEMBLY AND INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS W ARNIN G TO AVOID RISK OF ELECTRICAL SHOCK BE SURE TO SHUT OFF POWER BEFORE INSTALLING OR SERVICING THIS FIXTURE Installation Steps 1 Carefully unpack your new fixture and lay out all the parts on a clear surface A 2 Thread Hex nut 2 onto the Nipple place the Washer over WHITE SUPPLY wre l SUPPLY GROUND WIRE __ OUTLET BOX g 3 7 BLACK SUPPLY WIRE the end of Nipple thread Nipple through Mounting bar 2 WIRE CONNECT BLACK FIXTURE WIRE and secure with Hex nut 1 continue until tight HEX NUT 1 FIXTURE GROUND WIRE lt 3 Thread the Ground screw into the hole near the two dimples GREEN GROUND SCREW MOUNTING BAR WASHER of the Mounting bar Secure the Mounting bar to the outlet box HEX NUTA 2 OPITE POR SEREN y WHITE FIXTURE WIRE with the Outlet box screws NIPELE l 4 Weave the Fixture Wire and the Ground Wire through the ar ee Chain links 1 Remark Two pairs of Chain links 2 are standbys x they can be used to adjust the fixture s high Pi gt 5 Make Wire connections with Wire Connector BALLNUT SY The smooth wire w marking from fixture to Black a CHAIN LINKS 2 Wire from power source The ribbed wire w o marking from Fixture to White CHAIN LINKS 1 m Wire from power source Attach the Ground Wire and house ground wire to C the Mounting ba2. r with the green Ground Screw S CKETRI G en Carefully tuck wires back into the Outlet Box a 6 Raise the Canopy onto the Nipple and then secure with iil MA GLASS SHADE _ I oy ff WL Ay 7 Place the Glass shade Cup onto the Socket and secure the Ball nut with the Socket ring 8 Install the light bulbs in accordance with the fixture s specifications DO NOT EXCEED THE MAXIMUM WATTAGE RATING 9 Turn on the power at fuse or Circuit Box
