1. INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS FOR 1134 84 WARNING SHUT POWER OFF AT FUSE OR CIRCUIT BREAKER AVERTISSEMENT COUPER LE COURANT AU NIVEAU DES FUSIBLES OU DU DISJONCTEUR READ AND SAVE THESE INSTRUCTIONS PREPARATION 1 Shut off power at the fuse box or circuit breaker Set A 021 192102 box If necessary Remove the old fixture including Hanging bracket the mounting hardware EE aa 2 Carefully remove the new fixture from the carton ae scree and check that all parts are included as shown in the illustration ASSEMBLING THE FIXTURE FIG 1 3 Determine the desired hanging height and thread rods L K J I into fixture body M Carefully pass the wires through each rod as you assemble 4 Thread the couplings H onto the top of the last attached rod 5 Insert the nipples of coupling H into holes in canopy D then place metal plate G over the nipples and secure with lock washers F and nuts E MOUNTING THE FIXTURE FIG 1 6 Secure mounting bracket A to junction box not provided with junction box screws B Size 8 32 0 6 L through the slotted holes in hanging bracket A The side of the mounting bracket marked GND must face out CONNECTING THE WIRES FIG 2 7 Atthis point connect the electrical wires as shown in figure 2 making sure that all wire connectors are secured If your outlet box has a ground wire green or bare copper connect the W30 1 84 fixture s ground wire to it Otherwise conn2. ect the fixture s ground wire directly to the mounting bracket using the green screw provided 8 Tuck the wire connectors neatly into the ceiling junction box COMPLETING THE INSTALLATION FIG 1 9 Raise the canopy D to the mounting bracket A and the secure canopy H with mounting screws C Size 8 32 0 5 L 10 Install the proper light bulb for your fixture Install the light bulbs Included in accordance with the fixture s specifications DO NOT EXCEED THE MAXIMUM WATTAGE NE PAS DEPASSER LA Fou PUISSANCE NOMINALE MAXIMALE H Your installation is now complete Return the power to the junction box and test the fixture wes Green or Bare Copper Ground t american Cy US OAS LISTED association
