INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS Item 23041 23042 New 05 12 2010 READ AND SAVE THESE INSTRUCTIONS WARNING SHUT POWER OFF AT FUSE OR CIRCUIT BREAKER PREPARATION Fig 1 1 Shut off the power at the circuit breaker and remove old fixture including the mounting hardware 2 Carefully remove the fixture from the carton and check that all parts are included as shown in the illustration 3 Attach Mounting Plate A using the Junction box Screws B to the Junction box The side of the mounting plate marked GND must face out 4 Place Nipple E on the top of Fixture Body D 5 Place Cap F and Top Font G over Nipple E and secure with Finial H 6 Insert Glass Panels I into Fixture Body D and secure them by Clips on the bottom he Hn d i CONNECTING THE WIRES Fig 2 7 Connect the electrical wires as shown in Fig 2 making sure that all wire connectors are secured If your outlet box has a ground wire green or bare copper connect the fixture s Ground Wire to it Otherwise connect the fixture s Ground Wire directly to the mounting plate using the Green Screw provided After the wires are connected carefully tuck them inside the Junction box i o e J f g COMPLETING THE INSTALLATION 8 Place Fixture Body D over Mounting Plate A and secure with Screws C 9 To prevent moisture from entering the outlet box and causin a shor use clear caulkin i e Fig
