1. edsal Boltless Industrial Storage Rack Add on Upright Fig A Figure B ace aa coo r Er h Upright igure ig RFB RLB ae EN 6 Taptighty 0 au A 1 Start by assembling an end frame Take two 2 up rights RLSU with one 1 brace RMB Skipping one 1 slot from the bottom of each upright see figure A place the rivets into the slots of the upright with the flat part facing up and tap lightly to properly seat rivets See figure B Continue by adding the remaining braces to complete the necessary levels for the end frame 2 Continue by constructing another end frame Be sure AA 5 Center Rivet to place the braces in the same upright slot locations as the first end unit so that both end units are identical Eo Rivet into slot Figure 3 Next install the beams RLB Skipping one slot from the bottom of each upright place the beam rivets into the slots of the upright with the flat part facing up and tap down lightly to properly seat the rivets Start at the bot tom of the end unit and work your way to the top aligning the beam rivets with the rivets of the front to back braces DOUBLE CHECK the unit and BE SURE that all rivets are properly seated 4 Next install the center supports CS to the center riv ets of the beams Start by locating the rivets facing in ward on the beams then with the flat side facing up place the shelf center support hole slot to the top rivet and the notch to the botto2.
