1. LCD SECURITY CART Assembly Instructions Using a Philips screwdriver insert 4 1 4 20 x 1 2 machine screws to the bottom of the LCD cabinet as shown per fig 1 Do not tight the screws yet leave about 1 8 Space between the head of the screw and the cabinet s flange 2 Install LCD cabinet to drawer cabinet by first lining up the screws then push back the LCD cabinet until flush with the drawer cabinet Then tighten screws 3 Flip lower cabinet upside down and install casters as shows per fig 3 with 4 1 4 20 x 1 2 rachine screws per caster 4 Attach wing shelves to top flange of lower cabinet as shown per fig 4 Make sure wing shelf is cen tered between the flange s mounting holes 3 Insert 4 Thinnerman fasteners over 4 holes on the drawer s bottom flange as shown per fig 5 6 Line up top assembly from step 2 to bottom cabinet and secure them together with 4 10 sheet metal screws from under bottom cabinet 2051256 OVER FOR PARTS LIST 49805A 49805B PARTS LIST ikea bil tae 5 2 Jd ajm 2 lt achine screws 1 4 20 X 1 2 Sheeimetal screws 10 X4 2 LL
