3. riser has already been assembled the bolts will also pass through the back holes on the riser sides DO NOT tighten bolts down 2 Assemble the end stops and the back stop to tt table top For steel tops use 14 20 x 2 bolts and nuts 3 Align and tighten all bolts and nuts and screws PSD 3512 Stacking Drawer FIG 6 1 Remove drawer from case 2 If using a padlock remove knockout from the drawer front and assemble the hasp to the underside of the case top at the center hole using one 1 14 20 x bolt and nut 3 For assembly to steel top bolt two 2 short brackets to the top front of the case and two 2 long brackets to the rear top of the case using four 4 4 20 x 14 bolts and nuts Secure this assembly to the steel top flanges with four 4 additional 14 20 x 1 4 bolts and nuts 4 For assembly to non steel top use four 4 14 34 woodscrews to attach case to top Mark holes and drill for easier assembly 5 Assemble drawer to case and when drawer is 3 of the way open push out one 1 tab on each side of the drawer to create drawer stops WORKBENCH AND ACCESSORIES Parts Lists Add Letter Identifying Color B Blue T Tan PTA 3500 30 x 60 Steel Bench Top 1 Top 30 x 60 4055 2 Side Rails 29 2120 1 Stringer 59 7031 14 20 x 14 Bolts F14205S 14 120 Nuts F1420N PTA 3501 30 x 72 Steel Bench Top 1 Top 30 x 72 4056 2 Side Rails 29 2120 4 Stringer 71
4. the two hole side of the bracket Repeat at other end 2 Fit the front return of the shelf assembly into the notches of the sides and attach the shelf assembly to the left and right sides with 4 74 20 x 1 2 bolts and nuts 3 Connect the side and shelf assembly to bench top and side rail assembly using 4 4 20 x 12 bolts and nuts For non steel tops use 4 14 x 34 woodscrews Tools Necessary for Assembly Blade Screwdriver 744 Wrench or Nutdriver Drit 4 Drill Bit Protected Work Surface 4 Attach the remaining shelf to the top of the side using 4 20 x Y2 bolts and nuts 5 Place the dividers with the curled front forward between the shelves and secure with 8 4 20 gt 12 bolts and nuts FIG 10 PS 3507 and PS 3508 Lower Shelves FIG 3 1 Place lower shelf on desired cross member of leg and secure with 4 Y 20 x ve bolts and nuts in either of two positions PBE 3509 PBE 3510 PBE 3511 Back and End Stops FIG 5 NOTE When assembling with a riser the riser is assembled first and the end stops are outside of the riser sides Some bolts and nuts and screws are use for both riser and back end stop assembly When assembling to a non steel top use 14 x 34 woodscrews 1 Assemble the end stops to the back stop by inserting the top edge of the flange of the end stops under the folded flange of the back stop and connecting with 2 4 20 x 12 bolts and nuts If a
