Reflector 32 with 6 pcs washers 8 mm and 3 pcs M8 castle the GAS REQUIREMENTS or muta check with your gas supplier 3 pcs 90 mm pins for reflector support 4pcs bolts M6 x 10 mm for assembly post and burner 6pcs bolts 8 nuts M6 x 35 mm for post and post brackets 3pecsbolts M8 x 16 mm for post brackets and stand 3 pecs ground fixture kits 6 pcs M6 x 10 mm ground fixer bolts amp nuts ASSEMBLY PROCEDURES STEP 1 1 1 Put the 3 pcs support legs on each position on the base as shown in the picture 1 2 Use 3 pcs M8 x 16 mm bolts to join the support legs and base STEP 2 2 1 Putthe post support on the top of 3 pcs support legs 2 2 Use 6 pcs M6 x 35 mm bolts and nuts to connect the post to the 3 pcs support legs Tighten the bolts and nuts STEP 3 gt Use 4pcs M6x12mm bolts to connect the first piece of the post assembly to the post support STEP 4 Connect the second piece of the post assembly to the first piece of the post assembly and screw on clockwise STEP 5 Place the tank cover on the base STEP 4 4 1 Secure the 3 pcs 90 mm pins reflector support bolts on the cap of emitter screen 4 2 Route the gas hose up through the post and out of the top 4 3 Connect the gas hose to the gas burner inlet connector 4 4 Fix the head unit collar to the post with 4 pcs M6 x 10 mm bolts STEP 5 5 1 Put 8 mm washer on each reflector support bolt 5 2 Faste2. storage and handling of liquid petroleum gases Adented rusted or damaged gas cylinder may be hazardous and should be checked by your gas supplier Never use a gas cylinder with a damaged valve connection The gas cylinder must be arranged to provide for vapor withdrawal from the operating cylinder Avoid twisting the flexible tubes and hoses Never connect an unregulated gas cylinder to the heater Disconnect the gas cylinder when the heater is not in use LEAKAGE TEST Gas connections on the heater are leak tested at the factory prior to shipment A complete gas tightness check must be performed at the installation site due to possible mishandling in shipment or excessive pressure being applied to the heater The heater must be checked with a full cylinder 1 Make sure the safety control valve is in the OFF position 2 Make a soapy water solution of one part liquid detergent and one WARNING part water The soapy water solution can be applied with a spray bottle brush or rag to all gas connections Soap bubbles will appear in case of a leak Never leak test while smoking 3 Turn the gas supply ON 4 Incase of a leak turn off the gas supply Tighten any leaking fittings then turn the gas supply ON and recheck Contact your dealer or gas supplier for assistance If bubbles continue to appear 5 Ensure you are using plumbing teflon tape on the threaded parts of all fittings DIAGRAMMATICAL REPRESENTATIONS O
3. 3 TO TURN OFF THE HEATER 1 Turn off the valve on the gas cylinder 2 Press and turn the variable control knob to OFF position Variable control knob Igniter WARNING 1 The whole gas system hose regulator pilot or burner should be inspected for leak before use 2 Check the hose assembly for sign of extreme abrasion cuts or wears Suspected areas should be leak tested If the hose leaks it must be replaced with a new one that conforms to local standard codes 3 Avoid twisting the flexible tubes and hoses 4 Make sure the ventilation opening of the cylinder enclosure control compariment burner and circulation air passageways of the healer are free and clear of debris If debris spider or insect nests are found clean the holes with heavy duty pipe cleaner or compressed air 5 Always keep a dry chemical fire extinguisher readily available 6 For safety always allow a 5 minute complete shut off period before re lighting a hot heater WARNING Do not move the heater or cover it with protective cover after it has been turned off until the temperature has cooled down REPLACING THE GAS CYLINDER Close the valve of the gas cylinder WARNING Disconnect the regulator from the cylinder following the instructions that came with your regulator 1 Changing of cylinder must be undertaken in a flame free atmosphere Replace the cylinder In the absence of any fla

8. me remove the plug or seal cap from the cylinder valve Make sure that all taps on the consuming appliance Check for the presence and good state of the gasket before are in closed position connecting the regulator Perform leak test using soapy water solution STORAGE Always close the valve of the gas cylinder after use or in case of a disturbance Remove the pressure regulator and the hose attachment if the heater is not to be used for a period of time Cylinder must be stored outdoors in a well ventilated area out of the reach of children Disconnected cylinder must have threaded valve plugs tightly installed and must not be stored in garage or any other enclosed area Storage of heater indoors is permissible only if the cylinder is disconnected and removed from the heater Check the tightness of the gas valve and for damage If you suspect a damage have it changed by your gas dealer Never store liquid gas cylinder in a sub terrain or at places without adequate air ventilation CLEANING AND CARE Wipe off powder coated surfaces with soft moist rag and soap water Do not clean heater with cleaners that are combustible or corrosive WARNING 1 Do not perform maintenance after heater has been turned off until completely cooled Remove debris spider and insect nests from ventilation opening of the cylinder enclosure control compartment burner and circulation air passageways of the heater with heavy duty p
9. n the reflector with 3 pcs washers and 3 pcs M8 mm castle nuts STEP 6 6 1 Lift the tank cover and rest it on the post flange 6 2 Connect the other end of gas hose with regulator to the gas cylinder and tighten 6 3 Put gas cylinder on the stand 6 4 Lower tank cover to base OPERATION TO TURN ON THE HEATER 1 Turn on the valve on the gas supply cylinder 2 Press and turn the variable control knob to HI position counter clockwise 90 3 Press down the variable control knob and hold for 30 seconds While halding down the variable control knob press the igniter button several times until the flame is ignited Release the variable control knob 10 20 seconds after the ignition Note lla new tank has just been connected please allow at least one minute or more for the air in the gas pipeline to purge out through the pilot hole or simply do step 3 When lighting the flame make sure that the variable control knob is continuously depressed while pressing the igniter button Variable control knob can be released after flame is lit for 10 20 seconds Flame can be watched and checked from the peephole located on the burner housing To decrease the flame turn the knob to LO position 4 Ifthe burner flame goes out accidentally or it is blown out by wind turn off the heater and wait at least 5 minutes or more to let the gas dissipate before re lighting to avoid possible gas explosion Repeat steps 2
