T place as shown Hinge panel is designed to open and close to store sand and accessories Fit shovel arm into hole as shown inset S PUSH NUT AXLE BLOCK OF woo0D d AXLE WHEEL ASSEMBLY AXLE WHEEL ASSEMBLY CONT 4 Fit push nut onto one end of axle Place push nut _5 Push wheel insert into wheel with rim facing out as AXLE W HEEL ASSEMBLY CONT tool over push nut then use a hammer to secure shown Repeat with other wheel 6 Slide end of axle without the attached push nut all onto one end of axle NOTE To prevent floor dam the way through wheel wheel insert and through age when using hammer we recommend placing axle sleeve the opposite end of axle on a small block of wood or other protective surface before hammering AXLE WHEEL ASSEMBLY CONT 7 Push axle through axle hele and continue pushing all the way through the oppo sile end LOWER GRIPPER CLAW PIECE UPPER GRIPPER CLAW PIECE UPPER LIFTS BAR LOWER LIFT S SLOTS GRIPPER CLAW LIFT 10 Guide the upper gripper claw piece through the lower gripper claw piece and snap slots onto the lower gripper claw bar Snap the lower lift s slots onto the upper lift s har as shown GRIPPER CLAW SHOVEL ARM APPLY SMALL LABEL 10 SHOVEL AS SHOWN SCOOP STORAGE amp PORTABILITY CONT 13 With the shovel arm scoop inserted into the shovel arm fit the handles of the gripper claw and lift into holes in shovel arm as shown Product and colors may vary
